It took a while to arrive but that's expected due to the Pandemic but they are great and my wife loves the socks. It's a good way to memorialize our oldest that we lost 2 & 1/2 years ago. Love the socks!!

Great design - they were even able to include the bowtie my brother-in-laws dog wears! Only thing I didn’t like was the material of the socks; it is a lot like the material of a tie and not soft like you would expect a sock to be. Excited to give these as a gift to my BIL all the same.

Socks had big pull in the front. Emailed pup socks 3 times and they promised to get back to me in 72 hours. That was over 10 days ago.

When order was placed website advertised before Christmas delivery. They showed up 2 days late. The photo to creation of socks was prefect. The socks just don’t stay up. They scrunch down around the ankles

Good experience - especially since I ordered right before Christmas. Delivered exactly what I ordered, on time. I'm especially pleased that they work with the Humane Society to help animals in need. My husband and daughter were delighted with their socks and blanket. Good quality, too!

Ordered 4 pairs, 3 with different pets. All turned GREAT. Didn’t pay attention to shipping addresses though. Supposed to go to different places, but shipped to one place. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I ordered these socks as a gift weeks before Christmas. The socks didn’t come before Christmas. The socks arrived a week after Christmas. I attempted to contact the company many times (through email, direct chat and Instagram DM) throughout the waiting process and did not receive a response back. I did what I thought was a direct chat with the company and received a very canned response about a mask and that masks only fit adults. That was not my question. The picture quality on the socks were good but the socks looked strange at the top…not a normal top of the sock elastic.
