Received tracking info. But could not track. Many times tried to email And no response or same response. Was like a copy paste. 1) socks are so freaking cheap looking !!!!! 2) they came ripped . I let them know by email and message through Facebook. Nothing !!! Need a refund because they are ripped No one will get hold of me !!! The good reviews must be family and friends of theirs. Because no way could anyone say socks are amazing

I bought a blanket as a gift for a dear friend of mine, and it could have not gone over better. She adored it.

There is no way these socks could actually fit anyone. The ankle area is too baggy. It must be the the only way the printer can print the socks when they are this flat. But they do not fit a foot.

Late and look like trash

The socks and custom artwork are fantastic. I ordered the socks for a Christmas gift on December 11 which your website stated was the last day to order and have guaranteed delivery of the product with regular shipping. When the socks were still in production on December 15, I sent two email trying to contact your company through your website and received no return contact. I could not find a phone number anywhere on your website. The socks did not get out of production until December 18 and were not pickup by UPS until the December 21. I received them two days ago on December 30. Very disappointing since the were a main present for my son. Your customer service response definitely needs improvement.
