We got a blanket and it is awesome! The editing was exactly as I asked. Got this for my wife and she couldn’t be happier! Only bad thing was shipping. 11 days to go from GA to SC. That’s pretty ridiculous.

The order did not make it in time for Christmas. In addition, when it did finally come, it was incorrect. The wrong order. A different dog entirely.

Your company and your product are terrible. Your software left me uploading the same photo twice. I had wanted two dogs on the socks, but one photo got uploaded twice. I sent an email and chatted with you folks online, alerting you to the situation. I sent the second photo to you. But the socks arrived and just one photo had been applied. Didn't anyone realize that it was odd for one photo to be uploaded twice? And your socks got here AFTER Christmas, so their value as a gift was useless. And the quality of your socks is garbage. You are a fraud and I will never buy anything from you again. I hope you have a terrible New Year.

Initially they sent me the wrong order (someone else's pet on a pair of socks), and it took quite a while for them to respond to my messages. However, eventually they did get in touch with me, and they re-sent my correct socks which look great and I am happy with them. They seem to be a little overwhelmed this year, and as a result, the item I ordered on Dec 12 did not actually get into my hands until January 12 after all was said and done. However, I would imagine that they are quicker when it is not the holiday season.

We really love our new Pupsocks! It was so much fun to open our gifts and see all our favorite pets pictured on our new socks.

After I placed my order I began to see a lot of bad reviews for Pupsocks. I had ordered a blanket with my son’s face and mine in it for my husband. The complaints I saw were some people never had never received their orders or they got someone else’s order. I had already received a shipping notification, so I knew mine was on it’s way, I was just worried about if it would be the correct order or show up with strange faces on it. I am happy to say that when the order arrived (although not in time for Christmas) it was the correct order and my husband was very pleased with it.

We ordered our socks for a Christmas gift. Processing time was longer than expected and didn’t make it for Christmas but they are worth the wait. Absolutely adorable! Just make sure to order early!

The socks were very cute and made such a great gift!
