My order finally arrived 13 days after ordering it and I received the wrong socks. I now have socks with someone else's dog and I still don't have a holiday gift for the person I ordered for.

My experience was very bad. This is the e first time I have ordered from this company. The website advertised that i would have it by Christmas Day. But then after it took all of my payment information and I submitted my order a messages came onto my account saying in Process but they were having shipping problems. This is the only reason I ordered (A XMAS gift!) I reached out to company and never heard back. The socks came in on the 29th and look terrible. They don’t even look like my cat just some cheap imprint.

Make sure to order way in advance if purchasing and need for a specific date. I ordered first week early December but did not get until after Christmas. That was a bummer. The socks are cute and the picture came out great on them. They are a little oddly shaped and fit strange on the foot part according to my husband. Also, not the highest quality fabric. They are novelty socks though so my expectation was not that high as for quality etc. All in all a cute gift.

Received the wrong order. No response after sending an email. Terrible customer service.

It took weeks to receive them. It was a Christmas gift Received them after Christmas

It took a while, so we missed the Christmas deadline. When it did arrive, the blanket and socks were awesome.

I ordered my socks at the beginning of December and I still have not received them. I have contacted UPS and they told me that the only person that can open a complaint is Pupsocks themselves. I have tried 3 times to contact pupsocks, they keep telling me they are going to reach out, but never do. There is no phone number that I can find to contact customer support so it looks like I am out about $100.
