You advertise getting items for Christmas, however, in 25+ days and AFTER Christmas passes the item is received. Easy for you to blame the delivery service, however, it is your choice of delivery service and took over 3 weeks to process even before the carrier received. There is no number to call just email for which it took DAYS to receive a response which did nothing but apologize. I will NEVER use nor promote your business and will share my opinion in any and every review.

Ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift for my oldest son. The pic/face was a meme-worthy pose by his younger brother. It arrived a few days after Christmas but was still the biggest surprise and generated a bunch of laughs.

Ordered the mask and the socks. Two different cat faces on both (4 pictures total). Order was accurate and the pictures came out exactly as I thought. Wonderful gift! Recommend!

The mask is a child's size - way too small to actually use. The socks are a weird material - unpleasant to the feel. They took forever to arrive - way past when they promised - and when I tried to make contact with them I couldn't get anyone to respond. Very disappointing experience all around. Too bad - it's a great idea and I was excited to give them as a gift but they won't be used.

I emailed twice that the order arrived incorrectly. I had ordered 3 pairs of the sale photo of our family dog. 2 arrived with the correct photos, 1 arrived of another dog. PupSocks has not responded

Ordered 7 pairs of socks as Xmas presents on Dec 2, its now Jan 3 and still nothing has arrived. Some slow, largely unhelpful email responses from customer services, and now only this email asking me to review your service. I only gave 1 star as there was not an option to give 0. Avoid!

I have emailed the company twice about the blanket I had received and haven’t heard anything from them. The quality of the blanket is great, the picture of my dog however is not. His face is so dark you can barely see it. Super disappointed.

I have not received my order that was placed on 12/10 as yet 1/3/22 and cannot get a response or contact anyone in customer service for assistance.
