The picture was completely indistinguishable. Why do you not show proofs prior to printing? I never would have approved it. I’d have tried another photo.

Hi Chris, Thanks for your feedback. In the FAQ we advise our customers to send pictures with great lighting and preferably a high-quality photo, in order to achieve the best results. If we sent proofs to every customer in order to approve before printing that would delay the process. After looking into your order, we can see a dark photo was submitted. With that said, please lookout for an email from one of our customer service reps. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team

I followed up to my order to learn it was never received, though it was charged and a confirmation email sent. When I replied to the customer support response via the site, it said inbox full, so I kept having to return to the site. They need to get better organized here.

Love my socks! The photo was cropped perfectly and the turnaround time to receive my pup socks was great (about 10 days). Will definitely order again.

These lovely socks were a gift for a friend. They arrived on time and looked great in the photos. Thanks Pupsocks for featuring our pet kiddos on fun socks. And for donating pet meals, too!

My taco pair of socks turned out really well but the second pair cut off my dogs beard and the coloring wasn’t so good. I think they should send out a sample if they think the picture won’t turn out so well. And make recommendations off of that.

Hi Taylor, Thanks for your feedback! We are terribly sorry you received your PupSocks in that fashion. It must have been a fulfillment mishap. After looking into your order issues, I could not find any contact attempts pertaining to this issue. With that said, please look out for an email from one of our Customer Service Representatives. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team
