This is my second order from pup socks in two years. Last year I received a great product. This year my package arrived with no socks in the package and no packing slip. I’ve reached out to pup socks three separate times over the last month trying to get a refund or an explanation with no response. I’m super bummed with their customer service and their rip off of my money.

I had ordered pup socks for my son and his close friend for Christmas, printed with a photo of the friend's very cute black Havanese. When I placed the order, I made sure to write a special request in the "notes to the designer" section asking that they lighten the dog's face so it would show up clearly. Well, they didn't lighten it, so the socks arrived with big black blobs on them that don't look like any dog whatsoever. I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that (1) the designer didn't address the request and lighten the dog photo, (2) no one called to let me know in advance that the photo was too dark to be usable on the socks, and (3) there was no quality control so completely unacceptable socks with black blobs on them were just put in the mail to me. I will be contacting the company to request a refund. In the future, I think PupSocks needs to develop a better quality control system so others don't receive such disappointing products.

I never received my order and all my messages sent to the customer service bounced back...for some odd reason... This is obviously a scam. I want my money back!!

Unfortunately, service was horrible. I emailed multiple times, but never received an response. It took 16 days to receive my order. At first you advertised that orders ship in 2 days, but as soon as you receive payment it changed to 8, then 10 and then we are told that the post office may add another 5 days. Is that fair?

Was a gift. The person who received the gift loved them so I would say it was worth it. Socks were there quickly even though I ordered late and it was Christmas. Would do it again

I received the wrong order with a rando dog printed on them. I reached out to customer service and have not been contacted about how to return. Additionally, I'm not super impressed with the socks themselves -they are a weird material and don't turn out well with dark colored faces. The pair that was correct makes our Siamese look like a black blob. Interesting idea, but I will not be a repeat customer. Disaster all the way around. Like others the shipping was horrible too, but forgivable if the actual product was better.

I never received a product and every time I tried to email the company my emails bounced back and there was a message that the email domain no longer exists. I have had no updates since the shipping label was created and this company is a disaster.

After a long wait for my custom order socks, all I received was a stock beagle pair! I've had no response to sever customer service inquiries. I'm extremely disappointed in you company.
