Pup socks double charged my credit card, delivered the product late, and the socks had a dog on them that was not mine and not the picture I uploaded. The worst part, the customer service- no phone number and emails and social media IM’s get automated return messages. You can and have to so better!

One star is taken away because the socks are shaped like a tube, not like a sock with a heel. They would fit slightly better with a shape.

My order arrived very late and missed Christmas. I’m not so upset because I understand volume and seasonality, however if your website gives me a time frame, I took it to mean I would get it in time. The quality of the socks were good, though the picture came back kind of dark on the socks. For the price point, it was ok, not bad. Wouldn’t discourage anyone from a purchase. A fun, unique gift. Glad I got it.

I was absolutely beyond thrilled with my order. I sent in two photos of my mother’s two beloved Chihuahuas, and they were turned into the most adorable pairs of socks. These are absolutely well worth the price and I would order them again in a second.

HORRIBLE. I never received my order. Nearly 2 months after placing my order two pair of socks arrived with two different dogs on them, neither were mine. Customer Service was worthless… and I did not hear from anyone until I emailed you and told you I was filing a complaint with the BBT and the FTC. I am stunned and bewildered by your “business” practices. You should be shut down.

I bought this as a gift for a good friend of mine who has three cats. It came out great and she really loved it. Would order again for sure. Thanks for making such a great gift :)

Amazing socks!! The perfect Christmas present!

I literally never received my order despite all the messages saying when it was processed and shipped. I’m significantly disappointed.
