Pupsocks was very easy to order from, even during the holiday season. They did a great job placing my dog's picture on their socks.

Complete scam, look at there social media. They haven’t even posted since early 2021. Business was caught for fraud , and they got my money . I advice save your money as cool as the product sounds, you’ll regret spending 40 bucks for one pair of socks and I ordered three. Shame.

Item took very long to ship and was received later than expected. This was during the holiday timeframe so I am somewhat okay with this. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product - more so the way the image looks on the sock. What was advertised on social media and what was on the website as examples is far from what I received in person. The image is so dark it almost looks like a bunch of dark spots on the socks. I sent what I thought was a good picture and would assume that if another picture was needed that your team would reach out and request. I even listed on the order that I trusted the judgment from your team since you are the professionals. All said - I am not satisfied with the outcome, I have no intentions or ordering any other items nor do I plan on suggestion your services to anyone that I know.

Order # 2723175 was a gift for two pair of socks for my sister and her husband with their cat's face over a custom design. Had the socks directly shipped to them so I didn't know what they looked like until my sister asked me why did I send them socks with random dog faces on them. I have tried reaching PupSocks and they do not reply to my requst for a refund, or to correct the order and ship the socks I actually requested. Email address comes back in error. Sent a requst via their Help function on the website, no response. Mistakes happen and that's fine. Even if it takes 2 weeks to fix that's fine. But not responding to a customer concern at all is not cool.

Socks were great! Made a wonderful gift!

I purchased 3 pairs of socks as Christmas gifts. One pair of socks, the dog's face was so dark that it didn't show well at all. The other two pairs also were not nice at all.

Not only did I get the complete wrong order, I have sent 2 emails to customer service and I have not gotten a response. I have never had this issue in the past with this company so it is very disappointing. Paying $47 for socks and someone else’s animal is extremely frustrating when it was suppose to be a blanket with a picture of the owner’s dog I attached to the order. It is ridiculous I havent Heard from anyone.
