My first purchase was lost and now I have no update on my second “redo” order.

Picture uploaded and picture on Blanket look nothing alike. How this blanket even went out is beyond me. You received a picture of a white cat and I received a blanket with a dark brown and black cat. Would never recommend to anyone. Absolutely ruined a Christmas surprise!!!

They sent a fake tracking number that every day shows it’s arriving the next day. Their customer service email address is now inactive and bounces back. Total scam.

I received the wrong order - wrong dog and type of socks. I tried reaching out to customer service almost a week ago and have received no response.

Loved the socks but it took way to long to get them!

Terrible! I will never order for them again. I have tried to reach them 10 times and no one responds. I never received my order.

After ordering my socks, selecting 2 day air, and a money back by Christmas guarantee, I didn't receive socks until December 30th. I say socks and not "my socks" because it wasn't actually my pair of socks that I received. I received a random pair with random faces on it, and not my socks of my 2 dogs. Customer service is awful. I reached out before my socks arrived, to request a refund, which was never answered. After receiving the wrong pair of socks, I reach out 3 separate times to get the correct socks and my money back, and still nothing. Do not order from this company. I wish I could give them zero stars.

the socks were awesome and the pictures on them of Sue the cat were perfect
