Fantastic socks! Definitely worth the purchase

Sent me socks with the wrong pup, have not emailed me back to make it right.

First off, the socks are great!! They were made well and love the quality of the pictures on the socks. The reason for 3 stars is because I tried contacting the company several times through their "Got Questions" in the bottom right of the screen. Pupsocks was very slow in responding. The first inquiry I sent was on Dec.6 and then another one on Dec. 6th. I still had not heard from you and placed my order on Dec. 9th. Your website stated that an order placed after Dec. 19th was not guaranteed by Christmas. Since I had ordered Dec. 9th I thought they would be in on time. I also saw it stated on your site that any order placed between Dec. 11 and 15 would need 2 day shipping to make it in time for the holiday. Again, since I ordered on Dec. 9th I thought it would be in on time. On Dec. 13th I finally received an email about my question that I had originally asked on Dec 4th. I kept an eye on my order as I wanted it in time for the holidays. On Dec. 17th, my order had not shipped so again I contacted you with not responce. I then contacted you again on Dec. 20th to check the status of my order and still no responce. On Dec.21st I received an automated email that my order was being shipped. What I did not realize is that it was sent as bulk mail, which is very slow and always the last to be processed!! My family was very disappointed when they did not receive their presents on Christmas. I did not receive my order until Dec. 31st. Again, I placed my order on Dec. 9th, and no where on your site did it say it would not be here by Christmas. The soonest date on your site that stated that needed fast shipping was by Dec 11th. Also, you are very slow in responding to my original questions on Dec 4th, and no responce to the Dec. 17th or Dec. 20th inquiry. So the 3 stars are for the lack of communication and for the slowness of the order in which it was received.

You never shipped my socks. You took my money, charged my credit card, and the socks were never shipped. I wrote numerous emails over the course of three weeks asking about the order and never got a response.

These were awesome! Great quality

I bought it for my daughter in law for Christmas. She loves it!!

I bought these socks as a gift fory roommate and she loves them. The editing on the photos was perfect, the socks fit just right, and she says they are very warm.
