Great looking product, people were really happy with their gifts. I was a little hesitant, but my socks looked just as good as the ones on the website, from photos taken on my phone. The order did take longer than stated, so the only complaint was that the order arrived too late for Christmas. Still worth the wait!

My product was “delivered” but description was incorrect as I don’t have a front porch. All our deliveries are to our mail room. It was not delivered to our mail room. I have emailed customer service several times and still no response and no product. I requested a refund and no response that either.

Ordered 4 pairs of socks for Christmas gifts. Only like the outcome of 1 pair out of the 4. I have been contacting customer service since the day I received the socks to remedy the problem with no follow up from customer service. One pair of socks has the dogs ear left out of the cropping on one side. On two other pairs that were of our bunny, the bunny is much darker than the picture I sent & should have been much lighter on the socks. Per the website, they would replace or correct socks and ship new ones within 7 days. I contacted them starting on December 17th about the issues and still no results. It is now January 5th which 19 days since my first contact with customer service. I have tried to give them a fair opportunity to correct the problem but am still waiting for some results.

The socks are adorable however the fabric is not quality.

The wrong socks were sent to me—totally different order number, color, and different dogs than my own on the pair of socks that were sent to me. I meant these as a gift for my girlfriend, and I’m extremely disappointed! With no clear information regarding returns or refunds, this has not been a great experience at all.

I got the wrong order. I ordered socks with cats on them. I got socks with a dog in it. So far no response from Customer Service except for a "we're very busy, we'll get back to you" email. 3 days and still waiting.

Bought a blanket for my co teacher for Christmas. She LOVED it! It is so soft, warm, and bigger than I thought it would be! Picture of her dog Rowan was perfect!

The socks are beautiful and the photo looks perfect. Easy ordering, but shipping took awhile, which was to be expected. Will order again!
