Got my girlfriend a blanket with her dogs face she loved it!! Thank you.

Although the pictures were pretty clear, the quality of the socks was terrible. They were almost like compression socks. I bought these for my boyfriend and once he put them on, his dog's face stretched so much it was unrecognizable. Plus they were not comfortable at all. I was so excited when I ordered them but very disappointed when I actually received them. They aren't even shaped like socks! I would really appreciate a refund and totally believe it is warranted.

Item was late; no response from customer service

I ordered socks on 12/14/21 and still have not received them despite PupSocks saying they were shipped. Tracking shows they are still preparing shipment. When I emailed PupSocks for an answer, I was told I would hear from someone within 72 hours. It's been several days and nothing.

I was extremely disappointed in the final product! The image was so dark you couldn’t tell it was a dog, not to mention my dog. I would love either my money returned or a reprint with some attention to detail. Doesn’t someone look at the final product before shipping?

Got an email that my order shipped on 12/22 and according to the tracking number it still hasn’t shipped. Have no idea where my socks are but I ordered them almost a month ago.

The print quality is horrible and they have a very bad return policy. Wish I never ordered from them. Also it took a long time to get my order.
