I ordered a pair of socks as a Christmas present on 12/10/2021 only because it said I would receive them in 8-10 business day. Almost one month later, I still haven’t received my order. This is completely unacceptable.

To whom it may concern, If I could give you zero stars I would… First off I ordered three pairs of socks with the same pit bull picture on them only one was filled correctly, one incorrect pair had a picture of a boy and a girl and the other pair of socks had a picture of a German shepherd not the pitbull .. I sent pup socks an email six days ago and someone did respond saying that someone will get back to me within 72 hours… I didn’t hear from anyone so after 72 hours I sent a follow up email and so far no one has gotten back to me! You do not have a customer service phone number so I cannot speak to someone to get this situation resolved which is very frustrating! It seems like a pretty simple fix just send me the two pairs of correct socks.

One sock was longer than other one and the picture looks horrible, expect more from pupsocks. Never order nothing again.

Hi Pupsocks team. I’ve emailed several times and the email keeps bouncing back. I need a full refund for the socks I ordered. Turns out I received the wrong socks. Wrong dog, wrong pattern, the socks don’t appear to be the same material as the photo either. Please email me directly. My order # is 2671864

Lovely idea and product - hard to complete order - kept getting bot responses about some autocompleted address issue. Your system didn’t recognise a legitimate address and bounced me. Product still hasn’t arrived.

Love the way they came out, but didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I'm sure they are swamped with orders, but I bought into the "will arrive before Christmas" statement. When I did give them to my girlfriend, her expression was priceless.

The socks look great. We are very happy with how they turned out.
