We received only 11 project, putting the maximun time possible. They told us at the beginning that with our parameters we should receive 20-30 projects. Quality of the projects submitted is really variable, someone really poor…At the end we find 1 project that we liked but we were expecting much more. Update: Go pillar said to me that with these parameter I had 20-30 projects… too late to comment that I spent not so much on that … but ok thanks Update 2: to me, as a customer, being guided by go pillar team, I followed their suggestion , and they told me a number of projects(20-30). Now, I cannot complain about the number, that by the way is the half of what they have said at the beginning, and I have to be grateful to the life about that 11 projects which should have a value of thousands of euro… ok thanks gopillar.., let’s see the link and make your own opinion

Dear Michele, We are sorry if you are not completely satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, the number and quality of projects depends, as always in life, on the balance between the prize offered and the work required. You asked for the preliminary design of an entire villa from scratch of about 200 sqm (with 3D rendering) and the total prize was 1060 Euros, far below the minimum price suggested for your contest category. Objectively with the 1,800 Euros spent on GoPillar, in any other place you would have received 0 projects. I never answer to the customer's comments, but you need to understand what you are doing and what you get in relation to how much you are willing to spend. The design of a 200 sqm villa from scratch usually worth around 2% of the total value of the project, therefore spannometrically between 5-10,000 Euros. Spending about a quarter of the value of the service you have got 11 projects! I don't think you fully understand how many hours of a professional's work are required to carry out an architectural project like the one you asked for. PS it's never too late to tell the truth! The value of a single project for a new villa is at least 10,000 Euros, I don't think you need anyone to explain it to you :) With Gopillar you get dozens (11 in your case) of project proposals even by investing 10-20% of the real value of the service, but then you need to realize what you paid for and what you would have got anywhere else in the world with that amount. What you have received compared to what you have invested is outstanding, unfortunately it is not possible to post the renders of the projects you have received to prove it. I am writing this review as a contributer architect on this site. And I have experienced also on other design related crowd-sourcing sites, participated over 25 projects. The GoPillar site experience itself is great, the whatsapp helpline is very fast and supportive. I will stay as a premium user and happy to fund the site with the membership fee, because the admins are very hands on to prevent any unjustice issues happen about competitions. I can truly say I have experienced 2 very equitable competitions in the terms of coming across any cheatings. And that definitely encouraged me to join 4 other projects going on. Since I am synchronously participating on other crowd-sourcing platforms (one of them is Arcbazar), I need to say that there are many positive things that moves forward GoPillar. Such as Whatsapp helpline, the websites professional Interface, the more fair competition platform practice, and of course having a decent Terms&Conditions(this alone demonstrates an establishment feel). When you spare your time on a competition as an architect It is important to know if you win or lose fairly. This is the only motivation for a contestant. Admins are on this issue and checks message boards and uploads constantly to protect the competition etiquettes. So go for it without concern. My only note is, I would be more happy If there can be another transfer instruments other than PayPal in the future.

Semplicemente eccezionale. Ho trovato questo servizio quasi per caso e da subito mi sono reso conto che non era il solito fumo negli occhi. Ho contattato Marco , persona squisita, per capire meglio il funzionamento del sito ricevendo in maniera gentile e soprattutto professionale tutte le informazioni che cercavo. Il risultato finale è stato OTTIMO. Ho avuto l'imbarazzo della scelta tra le varie soluzioni che gli architetti mi hanno proposto. Nel mio caso avevo chiesto di progettare un B&B ristrutturando un edificio disposto su due livelli. In 2 mesi e poco più mi sono pervenuti ben 14 progetti , uno più bello dell'altro.
