Buongiorno, svolgo la professione di Interior Designer come seconda attività lavorativa ed utilizzo la piattaforma da alcuni anni. I contest sono interessanti, le uniche osservazioni riguardano: 1 - le informazioni fornite dai clienti, soprattutto quelle inerenti le misure degli ambienti sono spesso poco chiare, confusionarie; 2 - i premi sono troppo bassi rispetto all'impegno professionale che richiede un progetto anche se solo di una singola stanza. Ritengo comunque molto utile l'utilizzo della piattaforma sia per mettersi in gioco e confrontarsi con altri professionisti, sia per capire meglio le richieste ed esigenze dei clienti.

Sono molto contenta del sito e della esperienza, avevo bisogno d farmi una idea per un restyling della casa ma il portale avrebbe permesso molto e molto di piu a livello di progettazione. Ho utilizzato quasi il budget minimo ed ho ricevuto 16 proposte su 9 che previste dal portale. Di valide e pertinenti erano in realtà 9 e valutare i primi 5 non è stato troppo difficile nonostante la bravura dei partecipanti. Mi spiace solo nonaver avuto la possibilità di ringraziare i professionisti per l'impegno. Ed eventualmente chiedereai vincitori una modifica direttamente dal portale per una servizio fino alla fine. Mi spiace che i rilanci del premio siano di 200€ alla volta. Per il resto super soddisfatta davvero loho anche congiliato. E Marco è stato super disponibile a rispondere alle domande.

Semplicità nell'istruire le richieste e professionalità nei contenuti delle risposte

Il fatto che architetti provenienti da diverse città, con identità differenti, possano esprimere le proprie idee su uno stesso progetto è sicuramente un aspetto molto positivo. Sarebbe però utile poter visualizzare delle anteprime dei progetti e, soprattutto, avere la possibilità di interagire almeno in minima parte con gli architetti prima della fine del contest. Questo permetterebbe di evitare proposte che includano elementi assolutamente non graditi

Esperienza positiva! Ho apprezzato la professionalità e la disponibilità dei professionisti nell’offrire le proprie idee basandosi sulle mie richieste. Una risorsa affidabile che consiglio a chiunque voglia avere supporto di qualità.

ENG: I deeply value GoPillar and the concept behind it. When it launched, it felt like a brilliant, innovative way to connect designers and clients from around the world. The dynamic it offers, the challenges, and the opportunities it provides are powerful. It truly is (or was) a great system. However, there are some serious issues that can no longer be ignored—particularly the unlimited contest extensions. I’m not asking for rigidity, but rather for clear and fair limits. Two extensions per contest, up to 360 days, would be understandable. But I’ve personally seen contests extended 4 or 5 times. In one case, for a project in Singapore, the platform even allowed an extension after the official deadline, based on votes in the forum. It felt disorganized and unfair. This happened again with a sports center competition around the same period but was not aproved. The worst part was not even the extension itself, but the cynical response I received when I raised my concerns. That final line from support felt like a passive-aggressive “if you don’t like it, leave,” which shuts down any possibility of honest feedback. Since then, I’ve reviewed other 1-star ratings and was shocked by how aggressive and dismissive the platform's responses were. As a company, GoPillar should remember that its reputation was built by designers and clients who trusted the process. Another issue is the declining quality and fairness of prizes. It’s hard to justify entering competitions that offer €130 to €500 total for full renovation concepts, especially when that prize is split among 5 winners. Meanwhile, GoPillar charges a substantial fee to clients for launching these contests. You can verify this by simulating a competition launch and seeing how much it costs. This isn't bad, it's perfect, but then they can't allow prizes for projects with multiple orders to total €130, €200, or €500. Yes, the platform looks better now—visually. But functionally, it has noticeably worsened: login issues, clunky contest applications, difficulties reviewing submissions, downloads with errors… The platform isn’t more efficient—it’s just prettier. All of this makes me sad, because I truly care about GoPillar. I don’t want it to fail. But the reality I came back to after almost a year of pause was shocking. The decline is real, and it’s been echoed by many other designers—not just me. I’m not asking for perfection, only for respect, transparency, and real listening. Without that, even the best ideas lose their value. I hope my review is taken seriously—for the good of the whole community.

Ho chiesto a Gopillar di progettare gli interni di casa, arredo e luci. Ho ricevuto 12 progetti, di cui alcuni molto validi. Sono soddisfatto del servizio. Unica pecca va migliorata la piattaforma perché ha dei bug.

My experience with the Gopillar team was satisfactory. They were very helpful while I was building my personal page on the platform, and they guided me on expressing my requirements in a clear and effective way. Any issues that occurred were due to missing details on my part, therefore, I strongly recommend being precise and provide the architects with as many details as possible. Despite that, I received some very interesting projects and lots of inspiration. The architects were very efficient and some of them produced high quality renderings.
