Disappointing results
Disappointing results. Leads generation is very low and i often hear excuses like "long weekends are typically low", "the colder weather results in lower leads", etc. I gave them more time than I ever should have, but there were days on end with zero leads. High price, but campaigns were ineffective.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback and want to provide some additional context around the results and the work that went into your campaign. Lead flow was not perfectly consistent throughout the campaign, and we understand how frustrating it can be to see days with little or no lead activity. However, the campaign did continue to generate leads over time, with performance naturally ebbing and flowing from day to day. With an average daily ad spend of approximately $25 and an average CPL of around $35, it is also possible to have individual days with zero leads, particularly when performance fluctuates around weekends or holiday periods. This was the context behind our conversations about slower periods not an excuse for performance. We also continuously monitored and adjusted the campaign based on the data. When we saw performance begin to decline in February, we discussed the trend with you, refreshed the creative, tested new messaging, paused higher CPL ads, and explored additional creative angles, including trainer-led video content. We also continued evaluating the offers based on both lead volume and lead quality. Importantly, the campaign did show periods of strong performance. After changing the offer, for example, we generated 9 leads at a $24.27 CPL, demonstrating that the account was capable of producing leads at a substantially lower cost when the offer and campaign conditions aligned. We also found that the 4 Weeks for $89 offer was the most balanced offer we tested. While lower-barrier offers such as 14 Days for $14 could produce cheaper leads, the $89 offer consistently provided stronger lead quality, which is why we recommended continuing with it rather than simply optimizing for the lowest possible CPL. We understand that you ultimately felt the lead volume did not meet your expectations, and we respect that. At the same time, we don't believe it would be accurate to characterize the campaign as simply ineffective or suggest that concerns about weekends, holidays, or seasonal fluctuations were being used to avoid addressing performance. The account was actively monitored, changes were made when the data warranted them, and we continued working to improve performance throughout the engagement. We’re always disappointed when a client feels they didn't get the results they were hoping for. Our goal throughout this partnership was to improve lead flow while balancing cost, lead quality, and the likelihood of those leads becoming members, rather than simply generating the largest possible number of inexpensive leads.
