Misleading ads. Don’t use Pancham. Don’t trust their ads & sales reps. The sales rep is disconnected from the “coach.” The sales rep suggested an automated interface with our current booking software, which is widely used across the fitness industry. Then, the “coach” told us that would cost extra. The Pancham ads say they won’t pressure you to low-ball a crazy offer. The coach said, we had to make a low-ball offer (below our current reduced pricing option that we’ve proven to work for conversions) in order to get more leads. The Pancham booking site is a separate website. We were expected to monitor hourly. If we didn’t, it’s a way for Pancham to get out of their “guarantee.” It’s laborious and requires us to manually take client info from Pancham software and manually enter the client info onto our booking site. Then, do the same after each class - multiple extra steps, multiples times every day. These guys are not trustworthy. The “coach” isn’t really a coach. Just a dude with very basic knowledge & generic approaches. Beware of practices that diminish your brand value.

Matt, after four sales calls over two weeks and one onboarding call with your coach, we off-boarded your account and issued a full refund as soon as it became clear the partnership wasn’t the right fit. All five calls were recorded and transcribed, and the claims here don’t reflect what was discussed. On the MindBody integration: our sales rep explained across multiple calls that the booking workflow would depend on what MindBody allows, and that the final setup would be confirmed with your coach during onboarding. The call transcripts reflect this clearly. On the intro offer: your coach suggested several options to help generate lead volume for a newer location. You disagreed with that direction, which is completely your choice, and the conversation moved forward. No specific offer was required or enforced. On the booking system: our platform asks studios to mark whether leads showed up or not so our team can quickly re-engage no-shows while they’re still warm. Your coach estimated this at roughly 1–2 quick updates per day, which typically takes under 30 seconds. On the guarantee: the show/no-show feedback exists so our team can follow up with missed appointments and maximize the value of every lead. It’s part of how the system drives results, not a workaround. We’ve worked with 700+ fitness studios over nearly seven years, including many yoga studios. This appears to have been a rare misalignment in expectations, and we wish you the best moving forward.
