Pancham | Fitness Business GrowthReviews of gopancham.com

Pancham is a 10/10! If you are looking for a marketing agency who truly cares and wants to see you succeed look no further! Ingrid specifically has been so wonderful to work with. She is quick to respond and has wonderful ideas shes always ready to share! I can't say enough good things about them!

I am loving the quality of leads we are seeing in our gym since we started using Pancham. Kiana is fast to response, knowledgeable, and has great ideas and insight. The whole Pancham team seems very organized and thorough. We are excited to grow our gym and see success!

Since working with Pancham, our business, Better Body Bootcamp in Bayside, NY, has completely leveled up. We’ve generated 204 leads, booked 44 appointments, and brought our cost per lead down to just $5.92 since January 9th. But what really makes them stand out isn’t just the numbers—it’s their approach. They genuinely care about our success, constantly refining strategies to bring in quality leads, not just names on a list. Their team is proactive, always available, and truly understands what we need to grow. Before Pancham, lead flow felt unpredictable. Now, we have a steady system that actually works. If you’re looking for a consulting team that delivers real results and feels like a true partner, Pancham is the way to go.

Pancham offers great marketing tools and experience but the real game changer for us is our CSM Ingrid Manescu. She is very professional, always offers helpful advice and her communication is unmatched. She is always available to help you and a pleasure to talk to.

Since partnering with Dave and his team our gym has thrived. Our Client Success Manager, Ingrid has been amazing to work with. She has helped us to grow and have the most successful promotions leading us to a healthy conversion rate promo after promo. Best business decision we’ve made!

Pancham has been an amazing addition to my business. They are prompt, consistent, and very helpful with all my requests for information. I greatly appreciate their efforts in ads and bookings! highly recommend!

TLDR: They put in the work, they listen to feedback, they get results for your gym. We started with Pancham in Sept 2024. We had previously worked with companies, such as Gym Launch, More Gym Members, some others, and a good stretch of doing marketing on our own. Pancham offered all the right things in one place: Marketing, Lead nurture, booking, and follow up. After a slow first month as they figured out our business and demographic, as well as taking our feedback to heart, we had two of our best sales month of all time, followed by the best December we’ve ever had, and are now into our fifth month working together. They put in the work, and they get results. We’re looking forward to Pancham being the last marketing company we ever have to hire

I have had a wonderful few years working with Dave Pancham and his team. They are always willing to collaborate, spitball ideas, and try new things. They also help guide me as they are the experts in this field. My CSM Kiana has been especially wonderful. She is always willing to make time to discuss a topic with me and make sure I maximize my ad spend. With the help of Kiana and Dave Pancham I have doubled the size of my gyms from when we first signed on with them. I also like that Dave Pancham is available. I can e-mail him or hop on a call with him directly, or with he, Kiana and myself. I have been approached by other marketing firms and when I listen to their pitch, they cost more, will require a larger ad spend budget, and talk about achieving the same results I'm getting with Pancham. It's a no brainer to me to stick with Pancham, which is why I have been a client for over 3 years now. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would pick that. 💪 ~Anthony
