Beginner artists
While the customer support is fine (why 2 stars instead of one), the artists who attempted to paint my picture could not come anywhere near the quality of the original. They had two different artists attempt it and after 4 submissions for my approval, I decided to cancel the order. Honestly, the skill of both painters appears like first year art students. Granted, the piece they were trying to replicate is quite challenging, but their attempts were nowhere near good enough. I’ve gone through this process with a similar company and after many iterations, the painting was good and we purchased it. I’m guessing I just got unlucky in the random draw of the artist to paint my painting.
