This was my first experience with this type of lending, therefore I had a lot of questions and a trepidation about the procedure. Dave Shulte guided me through the process, answered my questions candidly and allowed me to make my own decisions. That kind of responsibility to the customer gets a stamp of approval in my book any day. The inquiries I made about Good Life from people in the industry received solid praise about their performance and integrity. Another plus. I found no credible detriment to their overall business dealings.

The reverse loan process was very…
The reverse loan process was very easy...not complicated. All of our documents were signed in our home by a local notary. All information was explained clearly. Dawn Bestafka was especially helpful. She was always available for any questions and concerns we had regarding all aspects of the loan process. And the loan interest rates exceeded all other companies we were considering. Chris Lee was excellent he had patience…
Chris Lee was excellent he had patience to explain everything to my mother and myself. He always made himself available to us and our question no matter the time. Chris took time out on his Sundays even just to touch base with us. understanding the paperwork for our loan was clear because he walked us through from A-Z. I look forward to working with Chris and Goodlife Home Loans in the future When i purchase My first home. Roberta and Roseann Murch.

I would like to thank Chris Lee and Lana in Houston for their persistent and professional actions in getting RMF to release documents in order to transfer my loan balance to new lender. RMF was apparently engaged in some kind of delay tactics in releasing documents. Chris was also very helpful in answering all my questions while I was at his office filling out documents.
