Great Experience
I was on the fence as to whether to do a reverse mortgage at this time. Dave Schulte is the most patient person I know. He answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me. Wonderful experience and so far this is the right decision for me.

The agent Stephen Caruso
The agent, Stephen Caruso, was always available if I had questions, and checked in almost daily with me. I can’t remember anyone who kept more on top of everything as he did. 5 stars is inadequate.

Eldan Leschewski was a very helpful
Eldan Leschewski was very helpful, knowledgable and patient for me to work with. He answered any questions I had and helped me do some of the computer things as well. He made the experience go smoothly for me and did so in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend him to my friends or anyone who is interested in doing a reverse mortgage.

Great experience!
This was a lengthy process with plenty of hiccups along the way. Kathy Roussel was there every step of the way to help me along. Always available, knowledgeable, cheerful and resourceful. She definitely kept my stress level to a minimum. Thank you !

We had a pleasant experience with Good life home loans and Kathy Roussel, (Branch Manager). Ours was a little tricky because of some past financial problems that we had, but Kathy helped us relentlessly deal with all of our issues,, and helped us with solutions for every problem. We are grateful to Kathy,, and to Good Life for helping us navigate this process and end up with the loan we needed to make our retirement more enjoyable.

Kathleen Pritchett, from the start of my refinance until the completion, she was with me every step of the way. Her answers to my questions were always concise. Informed me about the documents which I needed to furnish, when other documents I needed to sign, to furnishing me with the name and phone so I could make an appointment with the person who be notarizing the loan/mortgage documents. Gave the exact date and the amount which I would be receiving after everything was approved. Kathleen is friendly, knowledgeable, quick to return calls, respond to emails/text when promised.
