Couldn't be happier
My experience with Goodlife Home Loans has been better than I ever would have imagined. Janette Heyl from Goodlife led me through the process from start to finish and was absolutely a joy to deal with. Jannette explained every aspect of the process as we went along, was always in contact with me and eager to address any question I might have. Jannette is not only thoroughly professional and diligent, she is a pleasure to know and talk to. I felt uplifted after every phone conversation we ever had. Janette made sure I understood every dollar and cents factor of the mortgage so that I was able to be very comfortable knowing just exactly what was entailed. I am already enjoying the tangible benefits of the reverse mortgage (new carpet is on the way!) but also feel at ease knowing I have a source of funds should any expensive unforeseen circumstance arrive in the future. I am 100% satisfied with my Goodlife Home Loans reverse mortgage.

Janette was extremely professional and friendly. She made herself available to answer any questions throughout the whole process. From start to finish it was done in 4 weeks, very fast. I had the privilege of working with Dave Schulte! There were many problems to overcome with all the necessary paper work but Dave handled it all like the professional that he is!!! A few times I was ready to just give up but with Daves patience and understanding we completed the process and I obtained the loan!! Thanks DAVE!!!

This was a great experience from start…
This was a great experience from start to finish. Dealing with Good Life was a major improvement over a company I used in the past for renewing my reverse mortgage. Dominick, my main agent, was extremely patient and understanding of all my concerns and guided me thru the process clearly at all times. He was professional but also very friendly throughout . I could contact him at any time and he responded promptly to clarify any question I might have. This procedure can be a bit tedious be the Good Life folks did a great job of making it less stressful. Reverse Mortgage Process Made Pleasant Experience
My experience with GoodLife Home Loans for a reverse mortgage made what could have been a stressful experience one that was quite pleasant. The personal care by the lender was extremely caring and helpful. She checked frequently with me, answering any questions through each step. I knew I could contact her at any time if there was anything I did not understand and did answer in short time. I would definitely recommend them to others.
