The Good Life meadowvale gym is an average place to work out compared to the other gyms in the area. The recumbent bikes located on the main floor need to be replaced with new bikes as they are old and access to the built in TV and audio has not worked on most of these bikes for a couple of weeks. I have let the staff at the front desk know about this 3 times over the last 2 weeks and nothing has been done. Goodlife,.please do better.

Dump GoodLife, they should stand up for there employees when they don't feel safe... Very poor company core values.

Canceled my family membership and goodlife continued to bill me for one family member for months until I noticed the payment and called in to ask WTH they are still billing me. They stopped billing me but refused to refund my money

I have been a member of Goodlife for 25 plus years. Today, I am perplexed with advance bookings for classes. I have been an ardent fitness class participant. Today at 3 p.m. I attempted to book the Pump class on Sunday, September 28,2025. As has happened three weeks previously, I recalled the class was booked. I am not understanding these terms of appointment and feel after 20plus years I need to move on.

Good life Canada gets a two simply for the reason that unlike any modern company that allows you to either chat with an online agent or unenrolled over the phone or use any of the modern technology you’ve vented to end membership after the contract has ended you must go in physically to speak to one of their staff, which is Just the most paid example of inducing friction in order to keep getting to take 50 bucks a month out of peoples bank accounts for longer. It’s scummy. It’s lousy Cancelling has already fulfilled a year or two your contract. Also, their facilities did be too small for the number of members using them overcrowded waiting in line just to use a bloody bench press pay the extra money and go to a better gym
