I really wanted this to work for me. I am 38 with combination skin. I ordered a months worth of the supercharged trio & then another 2 month order. Liked the feel of the mint cleanser the smell & feel of the bright oil. Dream serum made my skin feel a little tight. My biggest issue however was cystic acne developing on my skin. I had never had these type of pimples develop before on my chin so I just assumed it was purging etc. After 3 months of use however they just kept on coming so have had to cease use.

I used the Nourishing Trio 3 days ago for the first time and had a severe allergic reaction. I sent pictures and asked if there were reports of any reactions using their products with Retin A and they said they have had no reports. My reaction was fairly severe and I sent some pictures of my face the next morning; facial swelling and hives to only my face- my eyes were swollen so much I had to tip my head up to see. Marija said I should stop using the product and seek medical attention if necessary. She said they could address the possibility of a refund if I had a note from my doctor stating the reaction was tied to their product. I was fortunate that my father, who is a retired physician and staying with me, had prednisone on hand. I also have worked in Immunology for almost 20 years so I have a decent command of what was going on. It took a few days but a supervisor (Indre) eventually did get back to me and (I believe) realized it was most likely an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in the product. She said I could give away the Nourishing Trio (because I no longer had the original box) and would refund the cost of the product. A week later, my reaction is almost gone, with the exception of patchy dryness on my face. I'm sure the product is a good one but not everyone can tolerate it. I do appreciate GoodieCo for rectifying the issue.

I decided to purchase based on the reviews I'd seen of people who have rosacea and had experienced improvements. Unfortunately, about a week in, my dermatitis flared up - first on my chin, flaky and red, and then the papular rosacea on my cheeks / forehead. My last dermatitis / big rosacea flare was over 2 years ago. I wanted so much to enjoy the simplicity of this product but my face said otherwise ( and angrily too ). It's back to what was helping manage my rosacea before!

I love the smell and feel and ritual of doing the trio mornings and most evenings, lovely and relaxing and quiet time to myself. I have been using it for 2.5 weeks and think my skin may be purging as I have had a bit of breaking out but that’s apparently a good sign. Generally happy but yet to see results, thinking a couple more weeks would be a better time to ask for a review.

I REALLY wanted to LOVE these products. And for the first few days, I did. They smell fantastic & they feel really great on the skin. I noticed that I felt more moisturized than normal so my expectations grew that it was going to be as phenomenal as most of the reviews said. Unfortunately, that’s about all it did for me was moisturize. No difference whatsoever in the melasma/hyperpigmentation spots, no difference in the fine lines & tiny wrinkles. I used the “Nurturing Trio” (I’m 47 with maturing skin) religiously every morning & night but honestly, notice no real difference after a month. For what it costs, I definitely don’t feel it to be with worth it.

I love the product, but the customer service is bad. My dream serum was half full when I got it. They wouldn’t replace it.

I purchased the supercharged trio a couple of weeks ago. The packaging is beautiful and there is no denying the quality is great. The oils smell and feel wonderful. Having said that, it is really expensive for what you get. There is no way the little 15ml bottle ‘mint’ will last 1 month in cleansing my face every day. I’ve almost finished mine and I only use it once a day. (Instructions say to use morning and night). My skin feels soft, which is great but I don’t feel like there has been this miraculous change that’s all over their Facebook page. I also don’t like that I’m reading everywhere that they are deleting and not responding to any feedback that’s not 100% positive. Not cool. Anyway.... I love that the ingredients are all natural and Australian made etc. it’s a just a shame it’s not more affordable. No way can I maintain the expense at this rate! I give it three stars. One star removed because it doesn’t seem to do as much as claimed and one star removed for the expense. Hope this helps someone else 😊
