I just recieved my order 3 days ago .. I ordered the nourishing trio … I’ve been trying to contact customer service for 3 days .. and they won’t return my emails .. I paid 149.00 for the trio which is about 50.00 a bottle .. one bottle called dream serum is less then 1/2 empty!!! This trio is used daily for 30 days and now I won’t have enough for even 2 weeks!!! Won’t ever order again!!!!

I loved the GoodieCo products, but the customer service has been absolutely terrible. They took months to get back to me on a serious complaint about overcharging. Here’s what happened: I was a repeat customer who one time ordered from overseas. I typed in the beginning of the URL to my browser which remembered the Australian web address. It what I didn’t realise was that GoodieCo sneakily forwarded me to another identical looking website. I did my shopping unsuspecting anything unusual. But when, after the purchase, the total appeared on my credit card charges I was shocked: I had been charged hundred of dollars more than I thought. Turns out they had charged me in USD, though it wasn’t clarified anywhere, only $ sign was used. I had always paid AUD before and had no reason to suspect another currency. The total charge in AU$ ended up being hundreds of $ more than it should have been. I immediately contacted GoodieCo and all they said was they couldn’t do anything after the purchase. I complained again and explained that all I had thought I was on the same site as before (no clues told me otherwise), and that it had been unclear and misleading not to see the currency stated as USD. I told them I hadn’t known until after the purchase I’d been charged USD. They took weeks to get back to me just to say that they would get back to me soon. More weeks went by. I sent little reminders to make sure they wouldn’t forget. At no point did they take this seriously or take any responsibility. They offered me an AU$ 20 voucher to make up, but I had been almost ten times more out of pocket. Terrible customer service. It was so disappointing from start to finish. I am going to file an official complaint for misleading the customer.

I love the way these products smell and feel, the fact that they cleanse with oil and are naturally derived, as well as the way they get me to slow down and enjoy the routine. I really want to love these products. But despite improving my skin's hydration (no dry patches since I started using them), I also seem to have a constant scattering of blemishes, mainly on my cheeks and jawline area, where I never had break outs before. I gave it a few months to see whether my skin would adapt and these issue would resolve, but they haven't, so I will have to go elsewhere.

Bummed…Got the trio. The first couple of weeks were great. Now I have red itchy bumps all over my face which I’ve never had before. Used my cetaphil face wash & Open Formula eye serum tonight. The rest of my face is covered in hydrocortisone w/calendula. Going away in 3 days. Hope it clears.

I purchased the eye serum and really wanted to love it. However it made my skin itchy with little red bumps. Considering how expensive it was, it was a real shame to throw it out.

I would have rated this one star but it wouldn’t allow me to review it. I’ve not been able to try my products yet because initially I had purchased the wrong pack, which is absolutely my mistake. After speaking to customer service, they assured me they would alert their warehouse and switch the packs over. This didn’t happen and I had to jump through hoops of taking photos of everything unopened so they would accept my return. I did this upon being provided an address and I provided a tracking number (express at my own expense) and the correct pack would be resent to me. It got to the address I was supplied on May 5th. It’s now the May 21st and that parcel is still sitting there waiting to be collected. I’ve emailed customer service at least 6 times only to be told it’s being investigated and to be patient. I spent $259 on a product I don’t have and customer service that is absolutely below standard. It’s so disappointing, simply because I really wanted to try and love this product...

I have overly sensitive skin and have to be picky about the products I use. I hardly write views but I felt I needed to be honest on his product for other highly sensitive skin gals. I was suckered into this product from the ads on FB. Honestly I wanted to LOVE is product for being a simple skincare routine which I was trying to find but also natural. Firstly, I received the product very quickly, like amazon prime quickly. I opened up the box to see the packaging labels to be damaged and oily like on of the products leaked. Well what a disappointment for what I spent to have damaged product, Me being understanding I wanted to give it a chance. So I started using the product a week and a half ago and the next day I started to feel a slight itch. Whenever I am allergic I just KNOW my skin and I already sense it. Me being optimistic. I gave it another day or two and now I have red blotches on my cheeks. I took a break for a few days using just almond oil and my dermatologist medicine to chill out my eczema hives. Then I went back to try it again and now I have my hives coming back. My skin does look good after I first use it but waking up the next day to itch, blotchiness and red hives is a no go for me. I am willing to give it another shot next to JUST TO BE SURE. But I went to check to see their exchange policy to allergies and they require you to see a doctor for a note. I can easily do this but will cost me MORE just to see my doctor to tell her the issue to write a note. I will be paying my doctor’s visit the price I would get refunded for this product. All other companies I have ever used that have given me an issue NEVER made me do this and would refund me if received any hives from the product. This is the first company that refuses to refund you with a sensitivity like this. If you have overly sensitive skin and are unsure. DO NOT BUY.

I left a polite comment on a Goodieco instagram post today expressing that I have been using the products for 6 days now and am yet to see any results. I said I will give it a few more weeks and report back. My comment was deleted and my account was blocked from visiting their page. The products are not worth the hype or the price point in my opinion and they clearly don't care about their customers. I will be finding another brand of serum (and one that's 100% organic if I'm going to pay that much) I'm finding using the oil cleanser average, I don't think its a thorough clean.
