Product is overpriced for what it does. There are better options for natural organic skincare like Bambu Earth, AnnMarie skincare, Care skincare, Moonmag skincare, earth harbor naturals etc. Also horrible customer service. Gave me a $50 off $100 purchase after filling out a survey for them but all products were sold out so I couldn’t even use it and they refused to issue a new one after announcing a restock one month later. Very rude greedy Australian Co. Unfortunately the 3rd Aussi Co I have come across like this. I won’t be buying anymore from them.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. I have tried the supercharged trio for months, it made my skin a mess and broke me out so badly. It didn’t balance my skin at all. I followed exactly the direction and post comments on their FB page asking why it’s drying my skin out, they just deleted my comment and blocked me. What kind of company does this bad thing? The reason why people can only find positive reviews on their FB it’s because they deleted all the negative one. And the Co-founder sent an email to me saying they are doing this because they are trying very hard to maintain very high standard of customers experience. He also says that those negative reviews will hurt their company. If your company really provides excellent products and customer service, you won’t be deleting people’s reviews to hide the fact. What a dishonest company trying to control their reputation by taking down people reviews and claim it’s trying to protecting the company. I suggest people to spend their money on other companies where they really care about your needs.

Not worth the money for a product that didn't work for my face.

They delete reviews that do not boast of their products on their website. This is why they are receiving a poor review from me. I bought the oil and serum recommended through their online quiz. Based on the recommended dosage, it did even out my skin tone but my skin dried out in 2 hours. I have combination skin. Every 2 additional drops of oil lasted me 2 more hours and at 6 drops, my face broke out. Taking into consideration cost and effectiveness, I gave their products a 2 star review. The review never appeared on their website. I am dropping another star here because of their poor business ethics.

I used this brand and wish I never had! My dermatitis flared up so badly leaving my face bleeding and peeling! I've tried to contact company but no reply, looking after their customers does not seem at all important to them. I am absolutely devastated by the state of my skin. Be very wary of this company, they have no integrity at all! Post update: RE: Reply from Goodieco. I have left endless emails and msgs, I have returned products waiting for refund (which is close to a month now) but no update regarding my refund! I am appalled at your customer service! It seems you can reply to my review but not emails or msgs.. I would just like you to refund my money. Thank you!

Way overpriced, overhyped skin care. This was advertised with gleaming reviews all over my Facebook so I decided to try it. It came quick, but it made my skin an oily mess. I tried all the tips and tricks, and nothing worked. They don't accept returns, won't work with you, ignore messages and delete reviews on their page. Once you pay the hefty price tag, you're stuck with the product. They knew what they were doing when they did that. I definitely don't recommend this product.

Honestly... this company annoys me. I commented on their product on Facebook asking why a serum could cost nearly $200.00 with a few simple ingredients. They immediately deleted my comment and blocked me. What kind of company does this?! It would have been nice for them to explain why their product is worth $200.00. I’m sure the product is lovely! It just seems like if they don’t like a review they delete it.
