I am an esthetician, and a RN student so I really look into natural ways of taking care of my skin, this was the reason for purchasing goodieco package. I made sure it was ok to use for acne prone skin. My skin has been clear for a couple of years and wanted to try this brand because I’m almost 40 and wanted to boost on moisturizing my skin. This was the worst product ever, I broke out horribly and when I reach out to the company for my “Money back Guaranteed” as claimed by their site and their first replied was it takes around 60 days for your skin to get used to the product, I emailed them back and told them that this wasn’t the right product for my skin as it was getting worst; on the second email they said you have 10 days to get your money back and only on unopened products. They do not stand by the claim on their site, and this is not a product for ACNE PRONE SKIN.

There was no after pay option for split payment. Then someone told me I had to just reject the package AND repay shipping/restock fees. What sort of customer service is that? I immediately emailed when it charged the full $200. We are in a pandemic and yes I can afford monthly payments and not compromise my skin in the process but not just throw away all that money at once and be punished for it. I expected better. And will definitely leave a review everywhere possible.

Truly the WORST company to do business with. Please everyone, DO NOT order from them.

I have on online business and occasionally things go missing (often the customers fault), but we suck it up and happily post them replacements products, because we are genuine business that cares about its customers. I was shocked that Goodie Co. just don't give hoot that my order didn't get to me. The worst experience ever!!!

I really wanted to love this stuff. Sadly, I have horrible, cystic acne after week 1, the likes of which I have not seen in 20 years on my face! I read that it may just be my skin purging itself, but I am not sure I can stick it out to find out if it will turn a corner😒. Update two weeks later: I stopped using, and sure enough, the acne is manageable again, no cystic anything. I guess my skin just really didn't react well.

Broke out with large painful acne overnight the very first night I used. Really sad as I’ve been searching for years for a clean line that works with my skin type. I had been using a top brand skincare line which was helping my skin but did not contain skin loving ingredients which is why I tried this brand. Seems like every company that does not offer a money back guarantee doesn’t offer the guarantee for a reason...

I ordered the nourishing trio sept. 8th and paid for express shipping. By sept.18th I was emailing “Kristin” my concerns about my cystic acne flaring up badly, blackheads, whiteheads, and just feeling general misery about the way my face looked and felt and it’s worsening state. Her response that it’s “Nothing to concern myself with” really upset me as it came off dismissive. I began using the trio with a few small pimples and dry skin and now this had made it massively worse and painful. I emailed her back that her suggestions of just hang in there and exfoliate are not helpful, I never heard back. Although GoodieCo does repeatedly send me sales emails. Now it’s been almost 30 days and I am still using it simply because I feel stuck with it after spending $145 and they do not give refunds. Sadly, I wake up with new pimples daily. Sometimes they form in hours throughout the day and it’s incredibly embarrassing, I don’t even want to leave my bedroom. Now I get painful cysts on my jaw and neck too. I am contemplating seeing my doctor for treatment at this point because the cystic acne is extremely painful. When you read their website describing the difference between purging and a breakout, I just want to cry. I completely believe the other reviews about deleting comments. I didn’t understand how I could be the only experiencing a problem with all the rave reviews. I am a 40 year old woman and have used many products in my life, but this one by far has taken a toll on my skin and self esteem.

I originally started out using Averr Aglow as an oil cleanser. I really liked it, and it took care of a lot of hormonal breakouts that I'd get on my chin. I didn't like their moisturizing oil, however, and came upon a Goodieco ad online. I decided to give them a shot and order just one bottle of their Layer Once oil, and I liked it. AA was still taking care of most of my acne, but there were small whiteheads that I would get, so I thought I'd give Goodieco a try. I went from their Nourishing Trio to the Supercharged Trios for my hormonal acne, and that was a massive mistake. The Bright oil and Dream Serum I still think are great; however, the Mint oil did not help my breakouts on my chin, and I almost suspect it made them worse. I've never had cystic chin breakouts that lasted as long as they did while using the Mint cleansing oil. I am worried now that there will be scarring due to how bad the cysts became. After giving the Supercharged a try for about three months, I couldn't take it anymore and made the switch back to my Averr Aglow cleansing oil. My cysts are healing in just a matter of days. I'm very disappointed that this happened, but whatever is in Goodieco's Mint oil disagreed with my skin, and I followed the directions to a T. I still really like their moisturizing oils and serums, but the cleansing oils are just not for me, unfortunately. I'm only leaving one star, due to the reaction my skin had with the cleansing oil, and how little it helped to clear my cystic acne. The serums and moisturizing oils still do well for my skin, and I'll continue to use them.
