My skin is really good I just wanted a product that would make my skin better and prevent it from acne but this product make me breakout like when I was a teenager. I wanted to return it right away and you cannot then i read that for some people this is normal and just to stick with it. I gave it 2 months and it never got better. Overall I do not recommend this product and just be aware because it is expensive and you can not return it

This company has taken my money. An agent processed my return, I ship it out and then another agent tells me that they won't return it after I already sent it out! This product irritated my skin very badly and so I could not continue use. It's quite expensive. Be aware, once you have tried it and then find out that it doesn't work for you, you're stuck with this product. $$$

I’d use them but their customer service is AWFUL! I hadn’t received my package it got lost & you can’t even call them. They are ver indifferent & don’t really care about the way they treat you if something goes wrong. Not once did anyone say I’m sorry you didn’t receive your shipment. Horrible service!!

Don’t be fooled. This skincare line is oily, horrible on my skin. Not worth the money. Over priced 199.00 for horrible service. Customer Service was terrible. Not worth the money.

Its made my skin glowing at first but then after 3 weeks i started to get small little bumps all over my cheeks which i never had before.. a little disappointed. Not sure if i will continue to use it.

After a week of my order not shipping I contacted customer service and continued communicating throughout this ordeal. I was told that after 21 days I would be refunded the $199 for the skin care trio advertised all over Facebook. 21 days came and went and the package never shipped. I continued to ask for my refund every 3-5 days. After emailing that I would contact my bank the package shipped two days later on the 31st day. I received the order on day 34. My face never looked worse after using the product for two weeks. It was horrible for my skin. I have combination skin. Awful experience and I still haven't gotten my refund. I talked about my experience in the comment section everytime their add popped up until they made it so that I could no longer comment on any of their many many adds. That tells me they block anyone who says something negative about their product and that is why their is only fake/paid good reviews.

First month was great but then I started to “purge” I let the process do its thing but it still didn’t clear after 4 weeks. I got worried because it was painful and it got even worse. I sent “Kristen” pictures to show what was happening but didn’t respond. I am left with bumps, acne, pain and redness. They didnt give me money back either, which I only requested 50% taking in to consideration I bought the product and used it partial.

I had a skin reaction to this product and their return policy for allergic skin reactions is absurd!! They want photos, you to go spend hundreds more at a doctor so that they can have test run to PROVE it was their product, and doctors note as well. So instead of standing behind their product, they make it impossible to return or get a refund when it causes allergic skin reactions. If you have sensitive skin AT ALL do NOT buy this product. You will be stuck with it and out atleast $125. Never again...
