The customer support has been excellent
We initially had some issues updating our company profile, and it took a bit of time to figure out which fields or requirements were causing the errors. The dashboard could be more intuitive here, especially by providing clearer guidance on how to resolve errors when they occur. That said, the support team responded quickly and helped us work through everything, which made the overall experience much smoother.
