We had a good experience getting our new Pekinese from Good Dog. We were not looking for a puppy so it took a bit of time. We ended up with a sweet girl that is 6 yrs old.She was retiring from breeding.Transportation was arranged by the breeder. Communication has been excellent. I do wish that I had been given more in the lines of her medical records, but it was about the same as I had gotten from shelters, when we adopted.

The communications with my breeder was perfect! From quick reply times, requests for updated photos and videos and the perfect pick up meeting in the middle of our state. I would highly recommend Jenna Byington with Idahome Doodle (Bernedoodles). And, I think I have the smartest puppy ever!

Good dog is a great way to connect with good families for our beloved puppies. Lots of inquiries, specially on weekends. You have the possibility to choose where the puppy is going to live. They have a fast response helpful team over the phone, messages or email. Why I gave 4 and not 5 is because the site needs improvement to easy navigation, specially ( but not only) on mobile version.

I love how I can put all my health testing and stories about my dogs on the site so people can see what our kennel is about. I like the new updates feature too. I do get a lot of good leads and have made sales through the site. Only drawback is I do get a lot of leads who I respond to and they ghost me from the get go, but now I expect it as part of the way the business is.

I appreciate the sales that good dog helped me make, but I'm disappointed that breeders now have to pay and the other thing that bothers me is how challenging it is to get videos to the website. It usually comes out and you have to start all over.

The good dog company gets an A,- Only because it's not really explained that you are on your own with paying the breeder and working with them to get the dog to you. I ended up having to ask the breeder to wait till August 1st because my sons cat is having surgery on the 23rd and they had not told me. We offered to pay her 500 and it's a very small dog but she just got y'all to send my money back minus the 700. But you guys got my money back right away. But it's part my fault for not paying as close attention as I should but I have terrible ADHD. And I have like 6 things going at once.
