Good Dogs would not accept my Application initially because i was having problems with the computer. One gentleman got back to me and then we were off. I got in touch with Sarah Ryan of Tiny Papillons and then we went back and forth for a while. She always kept me informed and before long I was receiving pictures of my baby.
