Buying this puppy was an easy purchase with Trustpiolot. Quick and relaxing. The breeder made it very easy as well and the experience with her was smooth and she has been very helpful with all my questions. This puppy is a precious, bouncy baby girl! My only complaint was the total $350 hidden fees. That was a shock!

The concept of "Good dog" is terrific. It adds an extra layer of protection for breeders and buyers alike. Buyers have the security of knowing they're not being scammed, and breeders know that the interested party isn't wishy-washy and is serious about a puppy. With that said, however, Good Dogs fee are way too high. I dont know how high they are for the seller, but they are definitely WAY TOO HIGH for the buyer. I wouldn't mind so much to pay the fee if you actually got something out of it. Like, a new puppy kit, or coupons, or a key chain... LoL! But NOPE! You get run of the mill puppy info in a text. $500 in fees, plus the cost of the puppy is ridiculous.

I arrived to pick up my poodle puppyon 11-21 as agreed, where the breeder told me to, and the breeder wasn’t even there, although I was late, and some lady in a car just handed me a puppy gave me the little bag with some food and a toy in it and paperwork and that was it. I would’ve liked a more personal touch this season coming up.

Being skeptical of online scams and anxiety of a potential "puppy mill" scenario, we chose to give Good Dog the benefit of the doubt. We did finally settle on a very nice breeder (Lil'Treasures Chihuahuas). Our breeder Jessica made us feel very comfortable with picking our puppy. The fact that there also was a Pet/flight nanny to deliver our puppy was a bonus! This service saved us a road trip . Being anxious about the whole process, I can say it went very smoothly with all the communication with Jessica to choosing our puppy and getting her to us was very comforting. Our new addition arrived safe and sound. I would highly recommend Jessica as a trusted breeder, and I would say that I have made a new friend throughout the process.

I am very pleased with the whole process of finding my fur baby. Good dog made me feel secure in sending a deposit and knowing I wasn’t being scammed. The only thing that could have made it better is to be more upfront about the fees. Otherwise a seamless process!

Brookwood Collies was great to work with. Katie was responsive and helpful with information and options. We got a beautiful four month old female pup who was already housebroken and used to the crate. She offered a transport service that worked out very well. Katie sent along a good supply of food to get us started. All in all, very professional. Be prepared for a lot of emails from Good Dog - I guess too many is better than not enough!
