As members of our team have shared with you through several phone calls and emails, we take enforcement of our standards incredibly seriously and have a process in place in which we conduct an independent investigation of all complaints. As members of our team have previously shared with you via numerous phone calls and emails, we take enforcement of our standards incredibly seriously and have a process in place in which we conduct an independent investigation of all complaints. We have concluded this process and found the breeder is in compliance with our Community Standards & abiding by their contract at this time. We are happy that the breeder worked with you and us on this issue as soon as she was notified of it by you and has offered multiple options towards a resolution. At Good Dog we strive to provide a positive experience for every customer and we apologize that we were unable to reach the resolution you were hoping for. We do honor the payment policies breeders and buyers agree to with each other, and many breeders require non-refundable deposits from buyers. Being a responsible dog breeder requires careful planning, a huge time commitment, and major financial investments - all of which non-refundable deposits help support. In case it’s helpful, we wanted to share some information about how Good Dog works: -Good Dog buyers can apply and message Good Breeders without placing a deposit or entering their payment information. -Breeders are in total control of when they choose to request deposit and puppy payments. -Buyers can also choose to pay via bank transfer (ACH) if they do not want to pay with credit or debit cards. Your security is our top priority.
