The app took some of the concerns out of the picture, such as payment, communications, and record keeping. I definitely found it useful and fairly easy to navigate.

Belinda Dooley provided us with an awesome pup! Hazel is such a mellow pup and has settled into our home really well! The only complaint we have was in the buying process. It required filling in the information for buying insurance, which we didn't think was necessary for us. We were not able to bypass this page, so signed up for insurance. Good Dog told us we could have just skipped this page, but we could not find any way to do so. That's our only complaint.

GoodDog has provided excellent service for both buyers and breeders. Their platform helps make the process transparent, secure, and organized from application to pickup. I appreciate the support they offer families throughout their puppy search, as well as the tools they provide breeders to manage health testing, contracts, payments, and communication. It’s been a positive experience for both my puppy families and me.

We have had 6 litters with Good Dog! Good Dog did a great job of helping us vet our buyers. When we had issues they were quick to help us resolve them. Many informative learning seminars is a great help to breeders.
