They treat their breeders like garbage! I needed to report a buyer for harassing me after getting their puppy and trying to scam me out of the puppy payment, but the quality check team or whatever they call themselves have been non-stop bombarding me with questions and picture requests. They want all of my vet records and pictures of my house. I reported the buyer! They're not even concerned about me. I have a deadline to give them my personal information or they remove my profile. I've been breeding for a couple of years with nothing but great reviews and never had an issue. I'm not using this site anymore. My fellow breeders have also left.

The breeder contacted me to say the puppy had fleas. She claimed to be treating her, and we postponed the pick up. The breeder sent pictures showing patches of missing fur. About a week later, the breeder inquired about whether or not we wanted to move forward. When asked if the puppy still had fleas, she responded "one or two" but said she was doing better. I asked about having the puppy checked by a vet, she said we would have to pay for it, as it would be a "well visit" and that she hasn't seen any fleas. She said she is "running a business," and that after ten weeks she charges for boarding. I replied that if she didn't have fleas, we could move forward, but that I really couldn't have a flea infestation in my home. We were still very much wanting the puppy. Since she said she didn't see any fleas, I responded, if she is flea free, then we are good to go.The puppy was picked up by a pet transport company and delivered. We discovered she was covered in fleas. I contacted the breeder to express my disappointment, and concern that other pets had been exposed on the transport, and she suggested it was the pet transports "dirty cat crate," (they had great reviews) and that she had no fleas when she left. She said I could send the puppy back, but obviously, I would never do that. We adored the puppy. I told her I was disappointed and mainly wanted an apology. She would not apologize, told me she should have canceled the sale, and blocked me. Very weird exchange.

Gooddog.com website states they screen breeders. They use phrases like "Breeder Code of Ethics" and "High Standards". I purchased a Maltese from Nyx's Pack on August 22, 2023. We picked up at meeting site to exchange cash for the dog. Nyx told me to bypass the Gooddog platform because of their hidden fees. I told Nyx's Pack to make sure they bring the Certificate of Health. They said no problem. At meeting they said they forgot it. Also the contract had a different name for the parents. Corrected with white out. They said they would send me a form to show the puppy was a Maltese. They never mailed me the authenticity form or the Certificate of Health. Within three days I took our new puppy to our vet and she has Hookworm, Coccidia and yeast infection in the ears. Nyx's Pack has ignored my attempts to contact them and Gooddog just sends generic replies. Very good chance this dog never saw a vet. Nyx's Pack is immoral but they also violated Florida Statue 828.29 by not giving me a Certificate of Health. How many other low class breeders like this on Gooddog.com. I'm sure Gooddog will reply to this rating with an attempt to minimize their involvement. Bottom line is NO CERTIFICATE OF HEALTH AND DOG INFECTED WITH PARASITES. No avoiding that.

I regret to share our unfortunate experience with the dog we acquired through Good Dog breeders, Alfheim - Andromeda Chihuahuas. In less than 24 hours after receiving our puppy, we were forced to rush him to the emergency room due to his inability to move. It was discovered that his blood sugar levels had plummeted dangerously low. Had we delayed seeking emergency veterinary care, he might not have survived. The subsequent hospitalization incurred a substantial cost of over $2500, all due to a significant coccidia infection responsible for his low blood sugar. Several months later, when we contemplated having our dog neutered, our veterinarian identified a congenital condition called cryptorchidism, indicating that one testicle had not descended properly. Additionally, during this evaluation, we learned that our dog was missing several teeth. The expenses associated with neutering alone exceeded $1500, and none of this was covered by the insurance the breeder had recommended. It is also worth nothing that our dog has one eye that is significantly smaller then the other. This condition is called microphthalmos. Throughout this ordeal, our attempts to communicate these issues with the breeder were met with dismissiveness, and they even questioned our veterinarian's ability to diagnose the dog's conditions. Their attitude toward both my wife and me was rude and belittling. Incredibly, they even laughed when we attempted to articulate our concerns. Their proposed solution was to take the dog back from us. However, considering the substantial financial investment of over $7500 we had made to acquire, maintain, and address the dog's health issues, this suggestion struck us as outlandish. We also have another dog of the same breed, acquired from a different source, and we have not encountered any similar issues with that dog. Good Dog has claimed that the breeders are not at fault. Its nice that we received our puppy so sick that he would have died the next day if we did not take him to the emergency vet. The dog also has a number of congenital defects that are not covered by the lifetime health guarantee. Use them at your own risk.

I am writing this Review with extreme regret. I bought an American Staffordshire Terrier from Cicero Kennels on Good Dog, and it was a horrible first pure bred dog purchase experience. I went this route because every dog We've ever had, was a rescue. We didn't know anything about them, or their previous life. This time, I had the money, and I was determined to finally have a pure breed puppy, So I thought. I still have not received anything stating the authenticity of the mother and father as promised. I had to spend several hundred dollars to get rid of my puppy's hookworms that he had when he was delivered to me. I have had atleast 15 dogs in my lifetime, and none of them have ever had hookworms. Smh And all of those dogs They were free. I'm still going through this experience, my puppy has an appointment for retesting for the Hookworms next week. I am so embarrassed! This was no way to start my journey with my new puppy. I was given some paperwork-a month later that looks very vague, generic, and made up looking. Smh My problem with Good Dog Is, they advised us to Pay a fee for protection at the time of purchase and I'm still waiting to hear back from Good Dog. How unprofessional, and misleading, to take my hard earned money for absolutely nothing. The only thing Good dog made right, or mediated in this dispute was their pockets. Smh I am waiting to get the DNA Paper Work for the Puppy to see what he actually is. This puppy has behavioral issues, and. I have obtained the DNA intelligence, and I am happy to say my puppy is 100% Amstaff. I had to pay to have the DNA Genetics testing performed as well as pay for deworming. Just be Vigilant with your breeder and make sure you vet them thoroughly. Don't pay extra for anything with Good Dog at payment. Tphey are going to keep asking (DON'T DO IT!!) IT'S A SCAM.

The breeder Irina Lukinskaya represents Royal Paradise. The Maltese puppy was Korean Bloodline. I did not see this info initially. She was not advertised as a Korean Maltese. The photos she posts are not the puppy she sells. I received one of the puppies and she was a hyper mess and was not the puppy I saw on line. She came with no papers. This breeder uses Good Dog.com. She agreed to return my deposit of $500 but so far Good Dog has not credited me. I should have been skeptical about a breeder who does not invite potential buyer to her home to see how puppies are raised and their living conditions. Since I wrote this review, I received a refund of my deposit. I also noticed that the “phony” Maltese pictures have been remove from Good Dog.

Kimmy the owner of Bogan's Boston's. I had arrangement For 3 Boston terrier babies. One a k c that could be used as a breeder. Full rights. And 2 females From another litter. Gave false information. And said that she would make it right. Did not have paperwork on the two females. And backed out of everything. I was willing to meet and wait for paperwork to come in. But she started panicking and trying to change everything. When she couldn't stick to our agreement. She decided that our deal was over. And still owes me for the 2 pups that she did not deliver. My experience Was Field with sadness and disappointment. As well as the loss of most of the money,birthday Present for my granddaughter that she had facetime with Is numerous times. Definitely one sad little girl. No one should do business like this.

Very angry, hateful women and demeaning of the Breeder that donated my rough coat shorty JRT and other puppies to Disabled Military Veterans one of them was me. I'd hoped to purchase a female puppy from her that was discounted for eye problem. Just the kind of pup I'd love to give a loving home. In addition she and my Male's puppies would have been given away to fellow vets in need... Pay It Forward, as you know.
