A good friend is a breeder of Frenchies, she told me to look for my Pug on Good Dog. Where I know I will be dealing with a reputable breeder. I am very grateful for her recommendation. The Breeder, Raina with Furrever Frenz was truly a Sweetheart and my puppy is Top Notch! She is Healthy, Beautiful, Smart and just all around perfect! My only partial issue is that there was a small fee for going through the website. Yes it was worth it, but I wish there would be a disclaimer.

Good Dog made the process of finding and paying for a new puppy very simple, and I felt more secure with the transaction. I also liked all the extras that came with, including the pet carrier, blanket, toys and other items that made everything easy. Our vet even said our breeder Knisely's Min Pins "did a great job." The training program from Good Dog has proven to be helpful as well. We are delighted with our new baby, Reva.

Cassandra was excellent from the first message I sent her. She answered all my questions and sent me pictures of the puppy I chose while I was waiting for her to be old enough to go home with me.

We liked having a source where breeders meet a set of standards for raising, testing, and training puppies. Payments and communication through Good Dog was helpful. What needs work is to be able to select and only show the breeder a person wants to work with. A workaround was to mark a breeder as a favorite and then it would show up in the favorites tab. I would like to select by a particular breeder name, for example, and not by zip code that may often not be local. There needs to be an option to skip or select another pet insurance option in the to-do list. The standards breeders meet for Good Dog help potential pet owners make informed decisions. I would work with a Good Dog breeder again.

Although I haven’t picked my puppy up yet I will do so at the end of this month I found it rewarding to view the breeder information on the parents of the puppies.

Good Dog is a great source of information, articles about training, feeding, obtaining insurance (something I didn't consider) before. An agent reached out several times, answering questions promptly. The really great things are that payments are secured and they are available to solve any issues( I didn't have any) Also I was told by a local breeder I know to go through Good Dog because it screens breeders and they have to maintain standards to be a member. This assures good practices so the pup you get is genetically tested, has shots and a vet check before pick up. Also the pup is matched to the home it will go to. We wanted a friendly family dog and he is a pleasant, healthy, easily trainable pup at 11 weeks. With all the information available on line it's hard to know what to believe, I would never shop for a pup any other way!
