We purchased toy poodle puppy from Polinas in Hazel Crest. This puppy keeps biting and growling and she's not willing to take her back. She says its not good to change environment so that's why she doesn't want to accept her. And last note says, if you want to rehome her, please consider me as 1sr choice. So basically no refund, I paid $2K. But will take back so she can resell. Kkk. WOW!!! I just lost words. Lot of these breeders do it for money and abuse these female dogs to keep making babies. I would not recommend this site or this breeder.

CAVEAT EMPTOR
We purchased an Australian Cattle Dog puppy from a Good Dog breeder. After nearly a week of on and off again transportation arranged by the breeder the puppy arrived with Parvovirus and extensive internal and external parasites and immediately had to go to a VCA hospital for a week of intensive care that cost us over $15000.00 and produced a lot of anxiety.
We were offered an apology and a ‘prayer’ from the breeder and nothing from GoodDog. In general, an extremely bad experience. More science and less praying would have helped.

Absolutely full of Garbage
Absolutely full of Garbage! They do not know anything about their breeders... and when you try to call.. you get a stupid, We are out rubbing our dogs bellies!...How about help your clients that just got screwed!
We paid through their site, flew out to meet the breeder and they tried to pawn off a completely different dog! We called Good Dog maybe 10 times, no answer! Still no answer!!!!
Once we told the breeder it was a different dog, they gave us a refund and just turned and walked away as if they have done this 100 times.
DO NOT USE K&Z Farms....again... DO NOT USE K&Z FARMS... They bait and switch you! They will show you a beautiful puppy and then bring a completely different puppy....THIS IS WHAT THEY DO! The one in charge... KRIS.... Is full of crap a complete liar!
There are great sites out there that actually do their jobs... good dog is CRAP!

Serious Breathing Issues
We purchased a female puppy recently. We paid $4,100.00 which included breeding rights. The puppy was 8 weeks old and had a breathing squeak. We asked the Breeder about the noise before we left her home and she advised that this was normal and that she would grow out of the noise.
After about a week, the puppy was making snoring noises with every breath and soon it became goose like, with coughing, vomiting and respiratory distress.
We brought the puppy for evaluation with a Veterinarian of 40 years and he advised that the puppy had significant nasal stenosis with a closed right side nostril. He did X-rays of the puppy, which revealed a trachea that was the smallest he’d ever seen. He advised us to take the puppy to a University Medical Animal Hospital for a Specialist evaluation and surgical consult.
The University Teaching Hospital took her emergent and kept her in an oxygen tank. They repeated X-rays and found that her trachea was only about 5% the size of a regular dog trachea. They told us that they expect a bulldog to have a smaller trachea, about half a normal dog but this dog was so small that she was not able to freely breathe. They also diagnosed her with nasal stenosis with right side closure and a soft palette issue which could not be fully evaluated because they would have to put her under general anesthesia just to do the soft pallet evaluation.
They told us that if we were to keep her, she would need to be non active, could not go on walks or play, be social with other dogs, and that she would have to be on a special diet to keep her thin because the trachea doesn’t move enough air to support a bulldogs weight.
The trachea can never be repaired, even if the soft pallets and nostril were opened by surgical procedure. She could never experience quality of life.
They recommended the nasal and soft pallet surgery once she was a few months older and gave us medications to keep her sedentary and basically drugged so that she will refrain from regular puppy activities/life.
When we initially contacted the breeder and sent videos of the puppy struggling to breathe, she responded that she and her Veterinarian believed it to be inflammation and that if we brought the puppy back to her for 2 weeks, she would complete a home remedy treatment she uses to clear this up.
(This would lead one to believe she was familiar with her puppies having breathing issues)
There was no concern for the bad genetics of the 2 dogs she bred to make this puppy or acknowledgement of our Veterinarians diagnostic findings.
All 3 Veterinarians felt euthanizing might be the best option for our puppy of 2 &1/2 weeks. They unanimously agreed that these dogs should not ever be bred again.
I would never recommend this Breeder.

Hosts unethical breeders
Purchased a dog from Koori Yama Siberians and the breeder, Whitney, recommended a board and train to help cure the dog’s separation anxiety and the “trainer” (“walking with my shadow llc”) abused my dog, sent footage of him being abused in a tiny crate. I was cyber bullied by the person who wrote the testimonial on her breeder page (“mad Maxie”) — and her husky was the one in the footage attacking my dog (while my poor dog was crated in a crate too small to turn around in). My puppy also needed to be hospitalized within the first few months and the doc suspected it was an infection from the breeder. This whole situation has cost me tens of thousands of dollars, a ton of heartache and I still cannot leave the dog alone because of his anxiety. Apparently separation anxiety starts in the womb when the mother is stressed by the environment according to the research I’m coming across. I TRUSTED GOOD DOG and they STILL have this unethical breeder on their website. The animal control and humane society were notified. Good Dog has replied, and perhaps it is due to there not being a space in the name of the breeder on their website, but here is the link to prove that this breeder indeed is (or Was) on their website at the time of the transaction and the link pulls up right now when I google it. Trustpilot will not let me put a link in the review. Good dog - please double check. The breeder is / “Koori-Yama-siberians-virgina” and when I google Good dog plus the breeder name, it does show up on the good dog website.

Puppy Scam
I went to one of the listed breeders and found abused dogs. The dog I paid a deposit for was sick with papers that were likely forged. Filed a police report and the investigation is ongoing. Trust no one on this site.

Fonseca's Poms is a terrible…
Fonseca's Poms is a terrible woman...She lives off dogs because she doesn't work and she wanted to scam me but she couldn't because my lawyer intervened...She sold me a Pomeranian dog that I paid for in two installments and when the payment was ready she told me which was $600 dollars more...the truth is that it made us feel bad on December 23, but since I had proof of the price we agreed upon, it had to be respected!! Please be careful and look for serious and professional breeders. Her name is Sherri Fonseca!! It is advertised as Fonseca's Poms

Horrible Experience
I hope that someone learns from my experience. You will find no 'Good Dogs' on the GoodDog website. You will find poorly bred dogs sold with congenital defects. The breeder at PineHavenDoodles claimed she 'didn't know' the puppy had an underbite, bow legs, and roundworms. The backwoods vet signed off all OK.
My vet immediately noted the problems and issued an Unfit For Purchase certificate. It didn't matter to GoodDog. The response was the breeder acted within their standards. I suppose their standards are helping backwoods breeders make money off the backs of poorly bred puppies who will be the ones to suffer from the defects they were born with. She has a new litter of puppies on the site.
I learned the hard way.

Hi Marie,
Thank you for reaching out. We’re glad that our team has been able to work with you through this issue and communicate with the breeder on your behalf over the past few days
We understand that the breeder has offered you a full refund of your dog payments, as well as additional funds that can be used towards transportation costs of getting the pup back to the breeder.
As our team shared with you, we take enforcement of our standards incredibly seriously and have a process in place in which we conduct an independent investigation of all complaints in order to ensure that our standards are enforced consistently and fairly. In line with this process, our team reviewed all documentation provided and determined that the breeder is in compliance with our Community Standards at this time.
We hope this answers your remaining questions, and wish you nothing but the best.
