Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Don’t waste your money. They basically did a no-robots on our page and blocked all seo traffic, our account manager was unresponsive. They changed their online terms after we signed up without telling us in order to charge us a cancellation fee of the service. So basically stole our seo traffic and 1 month of service. We initiated a chargeback and still in process Edit: their reply is a lie. We signed on this terms: you may cancel your Subscription at any time, but please note that such cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.. And then they updated w/o telling us to a 30 day cancellation on next billing cycle. Basically stealing 1 month of billing. Edit 2: Won't be replying again, and this is for everyone on the internet and the founders of this company: Everything is online, just search for web archive, and you will find the previous versions of the terms & conditions. So, there you can find how many times they updated their terms, funny they changed that policy the date after we asked for a cancellation. Probably it was just a coincidence, but i didn't sign-up with that policy, that's a fact. Others facts: -This company took an extra $1000 from us that we didn't agree to as a cancellation fee. - They messed up our webflow and cost us traffic. - Their support is the worst ever i had on a SaaS.

Hi Sergio, we’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied, but to clarify, your service ended in April, and the final charge reflected at the time, the 30-day cancellation notice required under the terms you accepted when signing up. This was not an additional cancellation fee; it covered the final 30-day notice period outlined in the agreement.
