We did an extensive search before choosing MEGA, interviewing six different SEO/PPC companies ranging from small local providers to large national agencies. MEGA ultimately stood out because of their no-contract approach, competitive cost, and AI-driven platform, which we felt could reduce some of the time, expense, and human error involved in managing digital marketing. We started with MEGA in November 2025, during what is traditionally our slow season in HVAC. By January, our website traffic was already running at levels we would normally expect to see in the middle of summer. PPC took a little longer to gain traction, but MEGA continued adjusting the strategy rather than simply spending our budget. By April we saw roughly a 4X return, followed by an exceptional May at an even higher return, with strong results continuing into June and July. Their efforts have generated both residential and commercial business for us. As impressive as the technology has been, their people have been just as important. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to make adjustments when something isn't working. I meet regularly with Michael, but he's also readily available whenever I have questions or need to jump on a call. The ROI has absolutely been worth it for us, and I've recommended MEGA to several other businesses. We're happy enough with the results that we're considering expanding our relationship with them into additional areas of our marketing.

We used Mega for paid search, SEO, and content from June to July 2026. We were clear during the sales process that our ad budget was modest, and were told it was sufficient. A few weeks in, we were told we'd need to spend three to five times that to see any return, and were advised against continuing at our budget. We cancelled. During onboarding we connected the wrong mailbox to their platform. That was our error. We revoked their access, and Mega confirmed in writing — with a screenshot of their backend as proof — that the connection was severed. It was not. Their email sub-processor kept syncing, and mail was ingested two weeks after we pulled access. They investigated, identified the cause, and certified deletion. We cancelled on July 24 and asked for two things: confirmation that all connections were disconnected, and written certification that our data had been deleted. We received an acknowledgement three days later, then no response to two follow-ups over three weeks. It moved only after we escalated to the founders. Their access inventory, when it arrived, omitted integrations we had already removed and listed a system they were never connected to. The refund was processed without argument. We received a deletion certification signed by their CEO on August 21. Before signing with them: get the actual ad-spend requirement in writing and confirm which sub-processors will access your data and how connections will be undone and data deleted/returned.

Terrible from the start. They'll say because I am a franchise and the way our website is set up, blah blah blah. Then you shouldn't have taken my money and said I am not a good fit. They started charging me immediately, for a month or more before even starting. They said all the back-end work, however, I feel my corporate office did more, they didn't do a thing! Apparently, mega didn't do much because all they could do was provide BS reports that were nowhere close to what I actually sold - they are always showing great results which is fake and a lie. They say, "we need to report these numbers so Google rates you better" which is total BS. After 7 months I finally got them to report just the certificates that were being sold...dismal. Total scam so they can report back to their investors how great they are. Nothing magic with what they are doing. Tons of companies with bots and AI doing what they do without reporting fake BS numbers back for you to believe they are doing a good job. I would be very careful of their reporting, seems the best thing they do is sell you on how great they are, then have some egg heads down talk to you because they are "soooo smart", and then can never corroborate then numbers on the reports they send to you purporting to show what an amazing job they are doing. When you finally pin them down, you see it's smoke and mirrors. You have been warned.

I made it clear from day 1 you have 3 months to prove yourself. They messed up every step of the way and didnt fullfill the 3 month plan.Not even close.They admitted we didnt doevery thing we said we would do. They were making up blogs or post that had my competition in there if you wanted information call or email them. How stupid is that. They said didnt matter no one reads them. Wow. I have emails from them apologizing over and over and they even gave me a 1 month free to compensate. This is after they said it was free charged me and then had to refund it. They still couldnt perform even with the free month. Told them over and over not to make changes to my website with out my permission. It was right on the Mega profile. Twice they screwed it up and took days and days to fix. I fixed not them. 70% of increased traffic was from me creating pages not them. I fired them and was promised they would not charge my credit card again going forward. I have in writing. They did still charge after my rep promised it would not be(in writing)and promising me it will be refunded its almost 2 weeks and the 999 still not refunded. Stay far away. I now have to dispute charge lucky I kept all the promises by email. The ads are great to get you in but they dont perform lasting SEO.
