Impressed doesn't even begin to describe my experience with GoLogin. Not only does it cloak my digital footprint effectively, but its user-friendly interface makes managing accounts a pleasure. It's refreshing to finally have a tool that prioritizes both security and convenience.

Terrible support and service. I have problem to export profiles to backup, but support blames the user, forcing the user to reset the connection continuously, while the error is due to the software. "Hello, unfortunately, we cannot export a large number of profiles yet, try exporting in small parts, for example 10 profiles." Support answered me, but i have 1000 profiles, omg.

Hi there Nguyen, We're very sorry for your experience. We were indeed having problems with mass exporting a large number of profiles (in the thousands). We spoke with our engineers about it and they suggested you try to export the profiles in batches, however we did say to select 100 profiles or so at a time, as a test to see if the system could handle that amount. Looking at the conversation, we did find certain areas we can improve in terms of communication with users. We will do our best to change for the better, and we apologize again for the inconvenience. All the best, The GoLogin Team

Hi there! We're sad to hear you were unhappy with GoLogin. We tried to request some additional data about you, because we couldn't find you in our systems given the small amount of information you shared, but if you're open to having a conversation we'd love to talk and figure out exactly what made you so unhappy. All the best, The GoLogin Team
