GologinReviews of gologin.com

I am just so happy to have left Gologin. I don't know if they were messing with external proxies or what, but once I switched to a different browser everything works so much faster and smoother. Let alone, whether true or not, rumors of them leaking data.

GoLogin is a terrible product and a terrible company. Without my knowledge, they charged me $49 every month for 18 consecutive months, totaling $882, even though I did not use any of their services. They only agreed to refund $49, refused to refund the remaining $833, and called this their “final decision.” They know I never used their product, yet they still insist on keeping these payments. How can this kind of customer service possibly be called “customer first”? This makes me feel that they care more about keeping the money than resolving the difficulties their customers face. I am deeply disappointed. Please be very cautious when considering GoLogin. I do not believe a professional company should insist on charging customers as though it were perfectly justified when it has provided them with no services! They are exploiting loopholes in the subscription model to generate revenue. I am just a financially struggling student. This amount equals five months of my living expenses, and it has made my life very difficult. I need your help and advice on how to resolve this. I also ask other GoLogin users to help me speak up, and I sincerely ask for your continued support until this issue is resolved. I hope GoLogin sees my situation and provides me with the best possible resolution. I am just a student who cannot afford this expense.

Gologin treating very bad. I have bought 1 year plan to run google play accounts. But after 1 month google play is not opening in gologin and I have complaint to the support team but they said they are working here is 25 days gone but nothing fixed. I ask to refunds but they denied.... Don't buy there services

This is truly a terrible company. I have been using their services since 2022, always paying for the annual plan. In July of this year, I suddenly lost access to the proxy system I was using, though it became available again a few days later. I have been in contact with them for nearly 60 days now, yet they keep insisting they are "looking into it." It is laughable that they told me I had to pay for a new plan just so they could investigate the issue, simply because my subscription expired two weeks after the error occurred. I have never seen software that requires customers to pay for the repair of the very product they purchased. It is absolutely ridiculous. Recently, they have been developing a dedicated proxy service and forcing users to buy it once the free data allowance runs out; they are effectively blocking me from using my existing proxy system and coercing me into purchasing their service instead.

verryyy bad antidetect, have leaks with udp proxy, have leaks with bluetooh and fingerprint bad bad bad don't use

paid 9$ for gologin just to test it and its not worth it. tried solving captchas myself on a fresh profile with a fresh proxy (same proxy works fine on adspower) and it still got flagged with the lowest trust score every time, so the fingerprinting just isnt good enough. then i tried getting a refund since they advertise 7 days money back. nope, turns out crypto payments arent actually refundable, but that info is buried in the tos, not mentioned upfront anywhere. their excuse is not wanting to be "complicit in laundering dirty cryptocurrency," which makes no sense since they had no issue accepting the crypto payment in the first place. cant have it both ways. paid for a service that doesnt work and cant get a refund. wouldnt recommend, plenty of better options out there.

Customer service is being paid way too little to care about you. 4+ year client, have paid them over $50k across these 4 years including the referrals I've sent. Least I deserve is a bit of help when asking for support, right? Well. the customer service agent, Alex in this case, insulted me, called my question irrelevant, said he doesn't provide emotional support... to name a few. All I asked was: "why is GoLogin giving profile relog issues randomly now" Yes. That's GoLogin. They don't care about longtime customers and their customer support is pretty much a group of depressed teenagers school-arguing with you in a support chat rather than providing actual solutions

I don't recommend this because their customer experience is worst worst They didn't help in any case
