The trip was good.
Golf Zoo was responsible for accommodation, tee times and car rental for our group of 8 golfers. All were executed satisfactorily, and without problems; which is all one can ask. The pre-trip communication was mostly prompt and complete. Any clarifications that were required were dealt with promptly. The only minor blemish came when I remembered they had offered me $100 off my next booking, but when I asked for it they said it was included in the quote. To this day I do not feel that I ever received what was promised. Compared to the overall price of the trip, it was a drop in the bucket, but it shows that if a company is perceived to be less than forthright, even on an almost trivial matter, it sticks. Having said that, I have used Golf Zoo 3 times in the last 4 years and would call them again for a quote on my next trip.
