booked golf trip with glen for Innisbrook 8 golfer 7 rooms! told glen we wanted to stay in same building, he stated he would see what he could do. also, if we could have one room to change our clothes and get the golf out of our travel bags. We were checking in around 1pm and tee time wa1s at 2:30pm, again he said he would look into it. when i received no response, I called Innisbrook and spoke with the front desk Manager, who stated no problem since we were booking 7 rooms. we checked in only to find d that we were in 5 different buildings The rooms were less than desirable after paying $2600 for rooms and golf for 5 days. they were out dated and not clean, room service only came to empty waste baskets. Glen you did not do your job. after booking with you for serval years! while at the front desk a group of about 8 golfers come in and say "hey guys we are all in the same building!! So therefore, we will not be using Golf Zoo any more. Tony

I sent a request for a quote to Hilton Head via the company website on 8/22/19. By Monday I had not received a reply. I called thinking there may have been a computer issue. The receptionist confirmed they had received my request and said someone would call me shortly. BY 4pm Monday no one called so I booked my own trip. It's now Tuesday, still no call.

We have booked our trip for 3 consistent years to Myrtle Beach with golf zoo. The prices are always great, however this last trip we were originally scheduled to lodge in a big 3 bedroom condo. There was a conflict with booking and they allowed us to choose our new accommodations. We were okay with this until they seperated our rooms by 7 floors. The new location refused to let us check in early, check out late, get rooms next to each other. Oh and let's not forget the bathtub that would back up everytime and have public hairs floating in the ankle deep water. We made several calls to the desk, and nobody ever came to fix it. It was truly nasty. We are not ones to complain, but on this trip, customer service was severely absent.

Used them last year and was happy. This year used golf zoo again and was not happy at all. We were getting kicked out of our room a day early because golf zoo made a mistake and all of our belongings where moved to a diff room bc diff guests where moving in. And that's after like 10 calls of arguments I had with the resort on my last day golfing. Ruined my day.
