Placed an order for two trophies for a last minute wknd golf trip. Great customer service; worked with me to get it shipped to where we were staying in 3 days. Trophies showed up the last day we were there, perfect timing, and they looked great. Everyone was very happy with them.

I recently ordered a "large" size clock trophy. I received an email informing me that the only size available was the small. I accepted the small (which is a very good size) and they adjusted the pricing. They then sent me a proof of the lettering which was not exactly what I wanted. I requested changes and they made them accurately and sent me another proof. All communication (email) was pleasant and prompt. The final product and lettering quality was excellent. The turnaround time was very quick.
