I still haven't received my stuff worst experience ever. Said you had it in stock but new you were lying I kept the order in anyway said it ship on the 13th still nothing

Hi Douglas, I apologize for the frustration regarding your delivery. We want to clarify that we did not misrepresent our stock; we proactively notified you at purchase that this item was on backorder with an expected ship date of May 17th. Our team actually processed and shipped your order early on May 13th. The current delay is entirely with FedEx after their first delivery attempt. We are sorry for the carrier's delay, but we have been fully transparent with you.

The "shop" shipment tracking is horrible. It stated delivered multiple times and took forever to get here. Your shipping leaves a lot to be desired.

I already submitted this to the main company. There are pre-drilled holes all over the pipes, so we’re applicable I would screw the bolts into those when I finish the set up. It was too big. They should not preach you of those holes or they should put a huge bold statement at the top of the sheet. Do not insert any bolts into free drilled holes. Those are a mistake.
Response from Golf Sim DepotApr 15, 2026
Hi Steve, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion, though we’d like to clarify that these are not mistakes. As noted directly in the assembly step for the pipes: 'Notice extra holes in the pipes? Disregard it, it’s just part of the manufacturing process.' Following the manual closely ensures the enclosure fits perfectly as designed. We’re always here to help if you have questions during the build—feel free to reach out so we can help you get your kit looking 5-star! -Kyle

Kyle
Kyle. He was very easy to work with. Lot of different suppliers calling me and at the end of the process I found it great to work with Kyle. Haven’t fully set up my simulator, but in process of that now and extremely excited. Already referred your company to a few people.
