Do not order from this company. I ordered a pair of Skecher Golf Shoes. I wore them for a few holes and there was no support at all in the show and got blisters. I contacted the company, and because I had worn them, they wouldn't take them back or even give me a credit. So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I will never wear. Horrible customer service.

Unfortunately, Skechers doesn't offer a comfort guaranty.

ordered shoes and gloves received the shoes in a crushed box via ups no gloves or receipt in box ive done business with them before but not again

I ordered golf clubs the week before Christmas. They were guaranteed to arrive by December 23rd. I paid the extra shipping cost to have them 2nd day air shipped. They didn't arrive until December 27th. I tried to call Golfetail several times and had to leave messages. I also sent them several messages online. I still haven't heard back. So disappointing!

I ordered golf gloves and a hat -- never received them -- emailed them multiple times and they would never respond - I have done prior business with them for the past couple of years -- I will never do business with these people again and will post as many bad reviews where ever I can - all they care about is getting their money and don't care if the products get delivered or not

Bought a pair of golf shoes that said 10.5 but fit like 11.5! Tried to return for one size smaller and Jamie from customer service said I MUST PURCHASE a return label in order to return for a size smaller! 😡 Last time I order from here!!!

Sorry your shoes don’t fit. We are happy to help, and even discount a new order for you. We offer free shipping and fantastic low prices. And we can refund your order in full when it is returned (unused) Sorry we don’t offer free returns. There is an option on our website to purchase a shipping label that should be less than what you would pay at USPS

I have purchased several items from this company and have until recently had been mostly satisfied, at least until my last purchase. I bought a gps watch from them and within days of receiving it they placed it on sale for $24 cheaper. I contacted them and even though they say on their web site that they provide excellent customer service, they refused to provide me with even basic customer service. I will never purchase from this site again and would not recommend anyone else purchase from them either!
