We've all done our homework and have independently decided that GoldStar Trust (GTS) was the company to trust with our IRA/ROTH precious metals accounts. GST's depth and breadth of experience comes through on all levels ranging from their excellent on-line systems and user friendly interfaces. Most of all, I would like to highlight GTS' amazing staff. You will always be able to talk to a real life person should you have any questions. They have always impressed me with their courteous, helpful customer friendly nature.

We had a great professional experience with Gold Star. No complaints.

I was apprehensive moving a portion of my IRA into physical gold and silver. The number one concern was I live in Michigan the money arrives to Goldstar in Texas, I call my gold and silver guy in Minnesota we buy some gold and silver and then it gets shipped to a Depository in Delaware. Goldstar has been excellent all along in this process. I have access to my account 24/7 and get two paper statements annually. The annual fees are reasonable plus great customer service! By the way, my second concern was paying fees over spot to my gold and silver guy. but sometimes it takes money to make money! 5 Plus years from now those fees will mean nothing!!!
