Trying to get a distribution for 10 days was promised it would be deposited to my checking account at another bank. WOW was I a fool to beleive it would happen . Sent emails to prez and other officers and guess what happened yup nothing Will try again on Monday

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have never felt so scammed in my life. My father passed away a year ago and have been trying to liquidate this account since may of 2022. They do not want to pay out! They keep giving the run around and saying they do not have paper work and then place blame on “another department”. I have made the 12th call and 10th forward of a death certificate, by all platforms possible, and am now being told once they receive it they will “start the process” meanwhile we have lost so much money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It’s horrifyingly inefficient to say the least. I believe they are a scam!

Non responsive customer service. When you do finally has someone to answer, they just apologize but give no information to transfer your account. They threaten you with 150.00 account closing feeand you agree to it and then they try to blame the customer why they cannot transfer your cash to your IRA. They become nasty they are tryi g to help you and refuse to speak with you and hang up. I can only wish they go through what they put customers through. You ask for a supervisor and they are always off and the one on they say they are too busy answering general calls. Bad customer service. They take your money and they will not give it back.

It's been a few years since I bought gold and silver from Goldstar. I got completely ripped off. They charged me double what the gold was worth at the time and years later I still can't recoup the money I spent on it. I should have sued them at that time. I didn't know what I was doing but I followed Glenn Beck's advise. Sorry Glenn but that's the truth!

Horiffic. Unresponsive, poor customer service, and now for the last four days (since Friday, April 7th their phone system is shut off. Their website indicates that system maintenance is taking longer than expected and they expect to be back online today, April 11 2023. All while trying to get them to send me a check for my distribution, which began on March 4. Six weeks ago. I do not recommend this company to anyone -beware of these charlatans.

Goldstar Trust is having trouble replying to my initial request to transfer the IRA account. I am unable to reach anyone in the customer service. The agent whom I have worked in past has also left the company. The company 1800.486.6888 is also unable to reach. I have tried calling Goldstar several times and end up in busy tone.

Goldstar Trust is having trouble processing the Transfer of my IRA. Rather than call me and work together with the current curator of my funds I received emails telling me to I need to call the curator. I have done this and was assured the transfer had taken place, yet Goldstar Trust still hasn't acknowledged receipt of the transferred funds. I have tried calling Goldstar several times and end up on Perma hold.

My funds arrived 5 days ago and no one has reached out to help me invest
