easy to understand, recv'd lots help where and when i was not able to understand, was guided step by step, staff were knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns, staff were also professional and provided great customer service,

The process was fairly simple and phone calls were always answered promptly and questions answered immediately

being able to fill out forms and immediate send them in via docusign was great! Plus every time I called i got great customer service form very knowledgable people who could speak English very well and were in the USA. And some questions were even answered before I asked!
